The hostel is in a peaceful setting outside of the city however this means you really need to take taxis to and from the city, especially at night time. 

We found the hostel to be a little bit rundown and although the bedrooms were clean, the bathroom and kitchen were quite dirty. Used dishes were always overflowing out of the sink.

The hosts are super friendly and give you plenty of extra bits for breakfast!!

Nice hostel but needs a bit of TLC

Much further than the distance from town indicated on booking.  Without a car you must use a taxi.  "Mountain view" = a glimpse thru trees.  "WiFi" = unreliable, constantly getting disconnected.  "bicycles" = one. "hot tub" = 8hrs notice to use AND 28,000 pesos!

The couple are friendly.  

Not worth the money, would rather camp or get a bed in town.

Misleading at best!!!

My husband and I had the humiliating experience of being refused accommodation in a double room at this property, because we are a gay couple. The owner explained this was her policy because her children lived on the premises, whatever that is supposed to mean.

Obviously there are differences in Chilean culture and other cultures, and my husband and I are always sensitive to this wherever we travel. But based on our experience, no-one should expect open minded attitudes at this property, and gay couples should not expect to be allowed to sleep in a double room.

I'd also add that the location is very difficult for walking back into town, and if you have your own vehicle, parking is a nightmare unless you have a 4X4.

It was cheap to stay there . Nice location and people who runs it but really low standard . It needs deep cleaning to start with . If you are for one night and don't care where you sleep that's the place you have been looking for .
