Rose, the innkeeper, went above and beyond to provide the best service waaay beyond our expectations.  If possible, we would give the service 20 stars.  We don’t think Ritz Carlton can come close when it comes to the service.  The breakfast was great every day.  Very good value.

20 Star Service

Stayed again last week and it’s still a lovely little guest house. The rooms are clean and everything you might need is available.

The manager, Rose, was fantastic. I stayed on UK time so up at 3AM busy working and she came and put the coffee machine on for me and a few hours  later her mums freshly made muffins. 

This was my second stay and will definitely be back.

Fantastic Guest House

A lovely place for a rest away from the busy beaches and tourist sites. But, nothing is far from anywhere on Grand Cayman, so a short drive puts you in the center of everything. Staff is friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this location without hesitation.

Didn’t know what to expect but very happy. It’s more like a guest house.  Good sized room and very quiet

Host was extremely accommodating with multiple difficult requests. The room was refreshed every day and we are messy unpackers. Coming back and having everything organized was such a gift and an extra mile. New beach towels every time we used them. Full kitchen in the common area if you don't feel like eating out. Outdoor patio with very effective netting to enjoy the fountain and lake, but not the mosquitoes. The hot tub is not a difficult to use or access gimmick of the listing, it is very easy and amazing to use. We had a hot water issue which the host fixed within 24 hours. Gorgeous landscaping and quaint, if a bit cozy, rooms. However, the property is priced accordingly. Tukka restaurant is nearby which is great for dinner. Instant access to the highway to get to 7 mile beach quickly. The mattress in the Bougainvillea room runs a bit firm; extra pillows were given upon request.

The property is great. However, the breakfast and the bicycles that are advertised at booking are not available. They failed to mention that very important part. It wasn't until I received check-in instructions that they mentioned these things were unavailable. The price should be adjusted accordingly, but otherwise, it's a good place.

So we booked our stay for 4 nights at this place and due to COVID-19 and travel ban across borders, we have requested to defer our booking to a future date (note: this is NOT a cancellation).
There was no response nor did they agree to defer the booking. Due to which we have lost $900 CAD. 
No consideration based on what this happening in this world. Travel restrictions are imposed on the government and not a cancellation by the travelers itself. The hotel needs to understand this to retain their customers. 
Would like to warn others considering this place for stay in future.

I was very happy with the amenities and the items available to us. There were bikes, snorkel equipment, lawn and beach chairs, and other things that we were able to use.
