The Staff was so helpful, kind and caring. The Motel is older but the rooms have new beds. It is very clean and affordable.  I would highly recommend this family run Motel.

Staff is very accommodating rooms are nice and the price for the area can not be beat!

Check in was easy, staff very prompt & friendly, room was exceptionally clean. It's a bit dated but it's a great deal for a clean room, friendly service and comfortable beds.

Stopped in Wainwright mid trip, wasn’t expecting much but I was delightfully surprised . Nice and clean, reasonable rates,the best bed I have ever slept on. Will definitely stay again should the opportunity arise. I would definitely recommend.

I was surprised at how quiet it was, you could barely hear the traffic outside.The room was very clean and the patrons were accommodating. There is plenty of room for parking right outside your room, which is great when you are staying more than one night.Beds are a little on the firmer side, but still very comfortable.

After staying in a really bad motel for a week prior to our arrival at the Bio Vista Motel we had worries about the quality of the room however the motel exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, the owner was very nice, extremely welcoming and very accommodating. We actually ended up booking an extra night as we were soo pleased with the room. Extremely good value for money and we thought Wainwright was a nice town.

I liked being able to plug my vehicle in as it was minus 38 celcius and my dislike is there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom

I needed a good night sleep after a 16 hour drive. The front desk person was very friendly and welcoming. The room was dated and the internet didn’t work. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely got a great night sleep for a good price. Would definitely stop here again if I needed to.

Excellent Value for money

We stayed 3 nights in Room 23, along with our well behaved 10 pound dog. This is an older motel, which an evidently caring owner and staff team has buffed into its' best possible condition; the housekeeping was 'sparkling', as another commented. Microwave, 1/2 size fridge, and 'k cup' style coffee maker (along with in wall AC unit) topped the list of free amenities. including easily accessible wifi. The above normal height - likely 16 or 17" conservation toilet was a joy - how many of us have encountered 13 inch toilets that are nearly impossible to use? Not in this room at the Bio... we truly appreciated it. Yes, there are signs of its' age - freshly painted walls show minor signs of its' history of locking devices (used many years ago in all motels to secure all pictures to walls), but this simply adds to its' charm, IMO.  The case goods are older, but also freshly painted; it is evident this is an owner who chooses to take great effort to present an aging product in the best possible way - I would recommend this to anyone (and many of our fellow travelers here this week drove CN Rail trucks, or other well known corporate names.) Very high value and cleanliness; reasonable pricing.

Stayed for one night while vacationing with my partner, had to get a room for one night here on our drive back out east.  Room was the cheapest on trip advisor but definitely very clean, nice decor, everything worked properly, bed was comfortable.  One of the rooms around us had very loud pipes when they used the sink/toilet/shower? Otherwise no noise at all.  Would stay here again if I ever need a room in Wainwright.
