We recently held a family reunion in Sylvan Lake and booked a number of rooms at the Lost Harbour Inn. The rooms were clean and well kept with a variety of room options to suit our different family needs. The continental breakfast was very good with fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. What made this hotel stand out for our group was the exemplary customer service. Every staff member of this family run hotel could not do enough to assist our group with anything we required. They were hands on setting up our outdoor BBQ and even provided complimentary hot coffee and tea. Need extra amenities/towels/ice....no problem. We were even delivered the extra fresh pastry items left over from the breakfast buffet. Our family was fortunate to find such an ideal location for our event that was reasonably priced and close to all the great activities in Sylvan Lake. We highly recommend this hotel!!
