Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice family operating the location. Room had what we needed and the location is perfect.   We stay here once a year to enjoy the beach and restaurants

Stagg were awesome. Rooms were renovated and beautiful with ice cold AC !

Manager and staff were very friendly. We stayed in the family suite. Our room had Air Conditioning brand new laminate flooring, everything was repainted. It was nice, clean. There were some outdated appliances, but no big deal. Slowly renovating, but takes time.Super convenient being right across from the lake, everything is in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again with my family.Thanks

I liked that they had green space and a BBQ( I didn’t know it was for guest use till afterwards). There parking was suitable. Friendly welcoming staff. The check in process once I arrived was a bit confusing to learn they were going cancel my room and it was not even check in time. However it was figured out and the staff were great.

This place is  pretty awesome. If your expecting a 5 star hotel ,go elsewhere however, Myself and many friends ,over the years have stayed at Beachfront resort, I have never ,ever had an issue with this hotel , had a fabulous time ,each and every time. The owners are renovating each unit and they now have air conditioning. The  staff are wonderful! Location is awesome!  Don't be swayed by the negative reviews, I'm a Fussy person.this hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is decent as well.thank you Beachfront resort for the wonderful experience again.i will be back soon!

I took three of my children here for a few days to get away from Edmonton.  It was our first vacation since March 2020.  I usually opt for international travels for my vacations so this was a little different.  Instead of urban wandering I found myself enjoying the peace and views offered by Sylvan Lake.  This motel was the perfect place to be.  It is easy to find.  Right across from the lake.  Offers free parking and is owned by a very polite and friendly couple. The room was clean and well cared for.  The owners asked us daily if there was anything we needed.  Everyone was very friendly.  There is a giant yard at the front of the building which is a great meeting place.  Spent a few nights there having a drink or two while watching people, vehicles driving up and down the street and the sunset.  If you are looking for a nice, quiet, well run place to spend a few days to relax and unwind this would be it.

One of the cheaper places to stay in town and given the price, we were not expecting a lot but were surprised by the level of service from the owners who bent over backwards to accommodate us.
Not the nicest room we've stayed in while visiting the town but easily the best located, right opposite the lake, right in the middle of things.  It does mean things can get noisy.

Overall, the place would benefit from some modernisation but at this price point and location, it's difficult to pick fault.

Cheap and cheerful, great location!

Booked the family suite with 3 rooms super spacious. The mattresses were a little firm and a few lights didn’t have light bulbs but overall a great stay will book again.

Great location in Sylvan Lake. The property is older but has had some renovations and the room was very quiet even though it’s right across from the lake and by all the bars. Would stay again.
