We were surprised that the cheapest room on our trip was one of the nicest. The young lady there was very nice. The room had a desk, a table, two wooden chairs, two stuffed chairs, an extra large TV and an kitchenette. The hotel was located on the main road so it was close to everything.

Welcoming.Friendly, Clean, white fluffy   towels , comfy bed  great location, cute kitchenette...pet friendly ...Very pleased with everything...I asked for a toaster & iron & board  ,and it was in my room..Family run motel.... We booked 2 rooms and traveled with a big dog...and everything was great!

I spent 7 days during the balloon fiesta, and i can't say enough how amazing they were, easy booking in, perfect quiet clean room with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge,tv and a wardrobe and blackout curtains with a really comfortable queen size bed. They were so helpful helping me find my way to eat and gave me maps to get around, someone was always there to help and the balloons were directly behind us and across the river which meant it was a 2 minute walk for the activity or watch the balloons fly while sitting beside a quiet river on one of the chairs or benches. There was a resturant right next door to us for easy food. I have stayed at hotels around the world for my whole life and this is the best hotel and should be priced way higher. I am very grateful for everything they have done, i will be booking again when i return in a few months.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable with new appliances and even a small kitchen with its own sink. It is in a quiet area of the town next to to a small river and there was a BBQ outside - very pleasant overall. One reviewer has complained about the smell of the room. Ours did smell a bit of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room but a) this seems commonplace in motels based on my experiences (I don't know what it takes to get rid of it) and b) you stop noticing the smell after a few minutes. Other than I would say the room was well above motel average in terms of overall comfort and cleanliness.

My daughter and I go some place different every summer. We booked  our spot already for next year before we checked out :) . Location, right on the main St.   and within walking distance to the basic amenities  (15-20 )min. Motel room, our front view faced  Main St. and the bathroom and kitchenet each has a window facing the back property with a brook. Staff very understanding and accommodating .We had car trouble and arrived late. They are very friendly and efficient. Our room has two beds, and a small kitchenet, etc. We came to Sessux to see the balloon fest. The motel was the perfect spot for my sister to walk the dog and  great for the festival and all it has to offer. If my daughter and I were to bus , the bus is at a gas station 25 min walk away There are other accommodations. We had alot af fun and if we had to bus , we would :)

Amazing in EVERY way.

Driving up to this motel was not a pleasant sight but the room itself had some good points such as a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, sink and microwave. There was a coffee maker and the beds were comfortable but that’s where the niceties ended.

The room has old carpet and upon entering the room, there was a chemical odour. By nighttime the chemical smell faded and was replaced by a strong urine smell on the carpet by my bed. The bathroom was dusty, floor was dirty and we saw live earwigs and spiders on the bathroom floor. 

We stayed 3 nights and although our experience wasn’t horrible, we were certainly glad to leave .

The carpet needs to go!

I booked off hotelsdotcom, the key facts say pet friendly and nothing about it being room specific unlike other hotels which is why I chose this place, I called all the places im staying at for 2 weeks total to make sure it was pet friendly, and they "were", I drove for 12 hours to get to this Inn just to have the desk manager tell me to make my cat sleep outside, what a @-hole you are! Dont stay here, I did the text chat with hotelsdotcom at first to get my refund, but the lady behind the computer couldn't understand the situation properly, and I imagine the guy gave her quite an earful about how "rude and disrespectful" I was after he told me to make my cat sleep outside so the chat agent said its pet friendly and gave no refund and also said she's the best person I can talk to (HAHA funny..) so I gave them a call, and explained it over the phone and sent the proof of it not saying anything about being room specific, I'm sure the tired old cranky desk manager gave him an earful, right before he was told I needed to be refunded. Overall, terrible experience, he threatened me with "swear at me one more time and see what happens!" (All i said was g od dam nit about the entire situation) what would you have done old man? Tell the cops you said to make my animal sleep outside so I UsEd tHe LoRdS NaMe iN vAiN? Funny; what a waste of time.
