The location was great to come and visit the surrounding hamlets and towns. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything to cook all our meals. The staff went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed. Priced right!!

Excellent efficiency units; felt right at home. Very clean and cozy. This was my first visit and looking forward to return.
Staff was very friendly and able to suggest local sights, places to eat and shop.

Had the pleasure of checking in....only able to stay for an hour because of a family emergency.. and our money was refunded without question...Front Counter Staff was second to none and was very " accomodating"....will definitely return for a visit...highly recommend this stopover

Dreamcatcher Lodge is a motel conveniently located on Main Street, Stephenville, very close to convenience stores, NL Liquor outlet, shopping mall, gas and good restaurants.  We had completed a cross country road trip in August 2017 and I stayed here in September on a return to Newfoundland to see a few things I missed. I liked the large parking lot and was able to park a few steps from the entrance.  I was impressed with the cozy reception area and the interesting décor.  The motel has decent sized rooms which include a nice coffee maker, good fridge, work area with sufficient plug-ins, good internet service, a very clean bathroom with lots of towels and good amenities. The work area is good but the bed is fairly close so I sat on the bed to use my computer which is a challenge for those who need to work on the road. Dreamcatcher Lodge has a good lounge but they closed the restaurant recently so guests will need to try the vending machines or eat at one of the several nearby eateries. This motel will be appreciated by those who value good service, a clean bathroom, comfortable bed, reasonable prices and a cozy atmosphere.  It might be less appreciated by those who need to work or by those who need an on-site restaurant. I enjoyed my stay and recommend Dreamcatcher as an above average motel.

Really clean, quiet place (on a Monday night) in a great location. Friendly and helpful desk staff.

Very comfortable, very clean room.  Staff were very helpful and friendly. On site lounge has a welcoming laid back atmosphere. As a motorcycle traveller, it is always nice to find a quiet and comfortable place to rest. The Dreamcatcher ticked all the boxes to wind down at the end of a day's travel and for a great nights sleep.

I spent 2 nights at the Lodge.  The staff - Excellent!  The rooms had been renovated and are spotless;  not great soundproofing, but I only had one incident for a few minutes during the very early morning..  The location is great  on the main street.   I tried the tv but couldn't get it on.  However,  that really didn't matter to me.

Great place!

Staff was less than friendly at check-in. Felt like we were inconveniencing her. In room air conditioner was old and controls were missing. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is limited, as the lot is shared with the hotel next door. Overall, hotel is a bit long in the tooth, but the room is clean and comfortable.

My wife and I drove over 50,00 KM’s in the past 12 months and stayed at more than 75 hotels/motels. This was my second stay at Dreamcatcher Lodge and I returned to show my wife how nice it was. It is very impressive and is conveniently located on Main Street, Stephenville, very close to convenience stores, NL Liquor outlet, shopping mall, gas and good restaurants.  It has a nice lounge area and a restaurant will be opening soon. Our thanks to Charlene for her excellent service and helpful travel suggestions We enjoyed our stay and recommend Dreamcatcher Lodge. We plan to return and look forward to trying the new restaurant.

Cozy Atmosphere, Good Value

It’s not a new hotel so don’t expect sleek and modern but it is very clean and comfortable. We tried to cancel our reservation to drive for a few more km that night but we were too late to get a refund so we decided to stay. Glad we did. Has a bar with pool table and darts, great place to relax for the night after travelling.

It may not be new or as fancy as some would want but it was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. we were quite pleased with the housekeeping unit.  we found it quite clean. this was our first night in Newfoundland and found the hospitality we came to expect at all our accommodations.
