82 reviewsGeoff and Kim are the best!! Pictures do not even compare to how beautiful this bed-and-breakfast really is! My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary to see Niagara Falls. The Springbank house is only 20 minutes away from the falls and so much better than staying in a hotel. They are also only 20 minutes from the wineries. My husband and I both love history so we found the history from the house to be so interesting! Geoff and Kim gave us a tour so we could learn all the tidbits and details about the house over the years. They made us feel at home and such sweet personalities!! I’m an outlander fan so when Geoff served us breakfast in his kilt I was so excited!! It totally made my day!! Kim outdid herself with preparing us a mouthwatering breakfast with overnight oats and waffles with bacon. You won’t leave hungry… The food is delicious.!! There was a magazine in our room, where the bed-and-breakfast was featured on the front page with a very nice spread giving all the details. I can see why this was featured at Christmas time, it’s just breathtaking. Each room has its own private bathroom and living/sitting area. They have put a lot of thought in energy into picking just the right mattresses, sheets, and pillows to make your stay comfortable. This place is breathtaking and I highly recommend if you’re looking for something extra special!!
