Our stay at Sooke Harbor was unexpected in that a forest fire prevented us from reaching our Tofino resort. We feel fortunate this happened! The townhouse in which we stayed was well maintained and clean. We had a lovely view of the harbor (Suite 118) and were just a very short walk from the dock. We even saw sea lions on our first night . The staff was lovely and Jade helped us navigate our day trips by providing a map and great suggestions about the activities that would best fit us. Since we live in Florida, it is doubtful we will ever return to Vancouver Island, however, I highly recommend those do plan a stay considerSooke Harbor Marina and Resort.
