A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. Please note that the first night of accommodation will be charged on your card by the hotel at 14:00 on the day of your arrival, and the remainder will be processed upon check-in. All non-refundable, pre-paid rates will be charged upon booking. The hotel reserves the rights to cancel reservations on declined credit cards.

Please note that reception opening hours are 07:00 until 21:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Please note that Leisure Inn Sydney Central requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in, regardless of any pre-payment. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation provider to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider.

Bookings made over New Year's Eve are subject to the following policy: All guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in, regardless of pre-payment. A further amount will be held on this credit card as a security bond to cover return of the keys and any other incidentals costs incurred. Any guest arriving without a credit card or a credit card with no funds available will have their reservation cancelled and any payments already made will not be refunded. Please note debit cards and Cash Cards will not be accepted.
