Great B&B. Everything is clean and our stay was very comfortable. The B&B is decorated nicely and it feels like a home. Breakfast was tasty and homemade. Overall, it was a great experience and would love to stay there again if we are in the area.

Katrina has poured her love over this property and it shows. She has thought about every detail, and she goes her way to make sure you feel at home.

The benchmark for outstanding and complete accommodations and never-ending hospitality.  Rooms are in perfect condition and maintained to the highest standards.  Amazing selection of breakfast menus, all expertly prepared with pride.  Highly recommended!!

We came back and our second experience was every bit as good as our first!  We have booked again for next year.  Katrina is so sweet, I was nervous I might forget to pack something, and she rechecked the room for us before we left the area and confirmed all ok.  She is an excellent hostess and cook!  Highly recommend.  Very comfortable stay.

I stayed at this bed-and-breakfast this past weekend and found it to be five-star without a doubt. The host, Katrina and her husband Russell, were fantastic, friendly, accommodating, and made my stay enjoyable.

The entire bed and breakfast at brand new carpeting in my room, had an amazing king-size bed. They had extra blankets, a sitting area, and a great bathroom with a standup shower.

My room also had a patio overlooking the backyard.

My breakfasts were excellent, fresh, and I could not ask for more.

If you ever visit Chase, do not stay in the small motels, this bed-and-breakfast would be my 1st choice without a doubt.

We had a lovely 2 night stay recently. The property is spacious and spotless. Amazing hosts .. thank you Katrina and Russell for the awesome 5* breakfasts, great tips for places to hike and dining options. 👏

This place was awesome, Katrina and Russel go above expectations at everything from telling you where to go to see the sites such as Salmon spawning, which restaurants are good, to providing a 5 star breakfast. They are so welcoming we were treated like family friends. Everything was very clean, room, breakfast area, outside property. Coffee and tea is available any time in the breakfast area which is a very inviting area if you want to visit with another couple you are travelling with. The parking is excellent, its about 3 blocks from the beach and it is very easy to find. We would go back just to visit with the hosts. Thankyou very much.

Great stay!

Small Town Treasure

My husband and I stayed only one night at Sunny Shuswap and loved the bed and breakfast place right away. The property backed onto a Golf course which was well  kept. There was a train  you could see/hear which the owners pointed out to us and also mentioned there were earplugs in our room. The backyard was very unique because it was filled with beautiful trees, a variety of flower beds and great sitting areas. The front yard was definitely well kept as well. The parking pad was well maintained and easy to find a spot. The owners were quite hospitable and showed us around inside the building. Katarina did mention that we could use the space where we would have breakfast in the morning. I must say letting us know we could help ourselves to the Kerig anytime was a bonus. The upstairs bathroom was clean and so was our bedroom. Just beautiful. It was a little warm in our bedroom, however we did have access to an air conditioner and window. The place was so relaxing and quiet. In addition, to our room we were shown, there were two bottles of water and a cookie for each of us waiting on a tray. We were so glad to be there after a long drive.  Thankyou again Katarina and Ralph

Above and beyond service.  The hosts provide everything for a comfortable stay plus deal with the unexpected the way trusted family would.  An elderly guest had hurt her ankle and they not only carried her up and down the stairs, they helped her to the shared bathroom in the middle of the night!  They also cheerfully helped us with an office supply need.  The breakfast was outstanding.  The room and common areas are immaculate and very attractive and comfortable.  Even electric candles with a remote control and timer! Had a great sleep both nights.  We had a room with an ensuite but not all rooms do.  Would love to stay here again, five stars aren’t enough.

Go the extra mile

We stayed at this lovely and warm welcome b and b travelling through the Rockies. Katrina the owner she was fantastic and also a husband full of knowledge of the area and gave us great advice. The house was lovely were you had a separate kitchen and living area so cosy for guests and the bedroom with ensuite so clean and refurbished beuitifull room and when you get into the room you are welcomed with Katrina's homemade cookies lovely. You look onto a golf course in there lovely garden. We only stayed one night we regret as we would of like to stay longer as it's such a gem of a place and we will return when we travel through the area again and its rated 4 star but I can honestly say it should be 5 without a doubt as they are new owners and I would like to say thank you both for a lovely stay and your breakfast was fantastic and thank you for welcome us to your lovely home.

This was a lovely B and B stop on our recent trip through the Rockies. The town is very pretty and the B and B is a short stroll to the lovely beach area of the lake. Katrina served a delicious breakfast and the outdoor seating are and downstairs are attractive and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable with everything provided to make for a very comfortable stay. There are not a lot of dining options in Chase so this is important to be aware of before you arrive. I would highly recommend this B and B. 

An enjoyable one night stay

Katrina made us very welcome when we arrived, giving us a tour and information about places to eat in town. Our night was restful despite the frequent trains that pass by several blocks away which are obliged to sound warning horns as they rumble through this town.    We are sound sleepers so it didn’t interrupt our sleep but those who are light sleepers will want to make use of the provided ear plugs. The rooms are air conditioned which is handy for warmer nights but being so close to the lake, it is not always needed. 

We had an en suite king bedroom with its own balcony.  Homemade cookies awaited us on our arrival and the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, bacon, breads, juice, eggs, and German pancakes. We would stay again if traveling in British Columbia. It is a good value and a welcoming place. 

Comfortable room and delicious breakfast

Our family has stayed at Sunny Shuswap a few times now and it has been the perfect stop for us on our way to Vancouver Island. Our host Katrina is always welcoming and oh so lovely. There are three of us (2 adults and a 12 year old) and we were in the large room on the main floor which has a queen size bed, hide a bed and a private bathroom. The accommodations are always spotless and very comfortable. The common area is spacious and there is a wonderful selection for breakfast including homemade muffins and jams, bread, fruit plus Katrina makes the most amazing, I believe it's a 'German pancake'. If she is making them the day you are there do try it. It's truly delish! 
I would highly recommend Sunny Shuswap, it's a wonderful place to stay, charming and peaceful. Plus, thanks for allowing us to pick cherries, what a treat! We have been enjoying them everyday.

The perfect B&B in the Sunny Shuswap!

I stayed here with my husband for 1 night and was not disappointed.  The hostess was very welcoming and showed us to our room with an ample en-suite.  It was spacious, warm and clean.  We were fortunate to have a balcony which overlooked the attractive garden to the 9 hole community golf course, which my husband enjoyed (being a golfer).  Only negative comment is that from the balcony, the view is slightly hampered by a large tree in the garden but not a major issue. We had access to tea and coffee but was not aware of this until our morning of departure.  The breakfast was hearty with home made pancakes.  A great stay in beautiful surroundings inside and outside.....
