It was for a family gathering. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time. Good location. We had a wonderful Thai meal on the patio of the restaurant in the same building.Our only suggestion is that there needs to be at least one comfortable chair (doesn’t need to be big) to sit on. The futons were great for the kids.Would rather have a single chair and no coffee table.We were pleased with our stay. Peggy

Pro: Very nice apartment, nicely equipped, useful kitchen, downtown location. Close to stores and restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach.Con: the building has a restaurant on the main floor but it is still vacant. Under renovations. Somehow that does not make for the most attractive situation.

Only a few minutes drive to the beach which was nice. Outside of property was not very appealing and the property was not clearly marked including where to park. Was an upstairs apartment above a Thai restaurant. The unit was decently clean especially the bedrooms with fresh linens but the kitchen wasn’t the most clean. The property manager was very nice man.
