We stayed for 3 nights at Le Haute Ville, in upper town. Spacious apartment with old world charm on ground floor. Had all the amenities and a very comfortable bed. Modern bath, very clean. Upon arrival, questioned parking and received immediate reply with location of nearest garage, 20$/day. Just a short walk away. We would stay here again! One note—recommend auto dishwasher in each unit for proper sanitation. Thank you!

Great location, close to everything: attractions, parking, delicious coffee shops etc. The loft is large, comfortable accommodation for a family. For those who like to cook at home - there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need. 
We will definitely come back here! 

We stayed in a loft on Rue du Tresor. We stayed in the apartment that had a penthouse in a dome, which according to our walking tour guide, used to be part of a Quebec newspaper. It was very unique and very special, but extremely expensive. Honestly, when I booked it, we did not realize how expensive it was. If you stay here, you will have a wonderful view of the St. Lawrence River, particularly when you wake up in the morning. The apartment has a lovely, updated kitchen, but it has nothing in terms of provisions. You have to bring your own salt, pepper, coffee filters, Ziploc bags, etc. It was a lovely, memorable stay, but you have to make sure that you have the appropriate money in your bank account!

Super funky loft with easy access to everything in Old Quebec City. Very clean and comfortable. Our loft was on the second floor, if you book lofts 6 through 10 be ready to climb a lot of stairs. We had to move from loft 10 to 3 because of the climb, but they were super accommodating and friendly about it.

Spent 2 nights in apt #2 and 1 night in apt #1.
Both were quiet and comfortable with everything you need. Both have ground floor access but #1 has the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. 
#1 is bright and sunny and #2 has good airflow.
Living/dining space of #1 is bigger, but #2 is well-laid out and spacious as well.
We were very pleased with our stay!

Perfect location and amenities for long weekend stay in Quebec City with my mum. Appreciated the location, the kitchen (which was well equipped), the space (the separate bedroom with a large double, and the sofa bed in the living room), the character of the place (exposed brick and stone, and wood floors) and the value.

Totally contactless check in/out. If you are not the type that requires a front desk then you will love it here.  Code to enter the building & your room. Spotless w/ old world charm. The unit was very hotel like, fluffy towels and pillows, super comfy bed, little table for eating, full kitchen and a updated bath that was very clean with good hot water! Walk to everything, I had to access the Via Train station and I walked both to and from the station to the hotel in 10 minutes!  Superb price too!

This was a wonderful home base for our first visit to Quebec. Everything within walking distance, very convenient location. Comfortable apartment, we were in unit one. Easy entry with instructions sent. Felt very safe and secure. Comfortable mattress, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very clean, appreciated staying in our own apartment with the covid situation. Close to cafes, restaurants and shopping,  would highly recommend!  Note: There are 4 steep steps to enter the apartment, if you have difficulty with mobility could be a problem, also no elevator for upper floors.

We contacted the venue in advance as requested by the confirmation email. However it was not necessary apparently. We had only paid a deposit so we wanted to confirm ourselves that we had the room for several days. We had the code and apartment number. Let Haute Ville is up a very steep road so we were dismayed when we found 5 small steep steps to lug 21kg of case and 20kg of hand luggage. We were then met with a step 20 staircase. ( app 3-5) We discovered our apartment was luckily after the second 20 staircase behind an unmarked door. ( app 6-8) The keys were on the table as stated. We never actually checked in and were concerned how we could pay the balance as we never saw the proprietor.. We decided to unpack the case downstairs and again luckily I had taken laundry bags. So useful hint - TAKE BAGS to decant your case in case you are on the 3rd floor (9 and above) one disabled lady was upset by the stairs.  The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean and new.  The kettle was a whistling boil on the hob type! 
The position for sightseeing and restaurants is brilliant. When  we left we packed the case downstairs. We were able to do our laundry for 1.5 dollars and the machine took half an hour, take washing powder with you. There is a small shop close by called Emma which has lovely bacon and some stuff in small quantities.There is a TV with  WiFi But we took a computer and watched Netflix. Take coffee, tea and condiments with you. I might request app 1-5 next time.

This place is in the heart of the old city - in one of the very old buildings. It’s renovated, but shows the old atmosphere. Everything is in walking distance. 
There is self check-in: a code for the entrance door and the keys for the apartment on the table. (So we never had contact with the owner, but it was not necessary.) 
We stayed in apartment #2 (mentioned in the review of Thomas P). It was clean and comfortable. A little dark, though, since all windows face very small cortiles. The kitchen has more than everything you need - we did not use it except for breakfast during our two days stay.
We liked it very much since we liked walking around with the opportunity to come back for a short break in between.

Lovely Apartment Well Located For Attractions!

A very unique, and very expensive, loft accommodation!

Le Haute Ville is Fabulous!

Apartment #2 is on the main floor, with a few steep steps into the building. Keyless check-in is easy. Spacious kitchen and dining area with a lovely, exposed stone wall. Large living area for bed and sofa. Bathroom is very nice. Limited views from the windows so a bit dark but set back off the street so it's quiet. Needs a big comfy chair! Great location for walking everywhere in Old Quebec. Very enjoyable stay.
