It was a great stay a bit far 10 mins drive from Old Quebec City, around the stay there is strip where you can find pubs !

We stayed in the loft!  This is a basement-unit apartment (I will call it).  It has two bedrooms with an ensuite in each room, including sink, flush, and shower - very nicely done and updated.  The beds are comfortable, each room has its own heat/cooling system.  In the common area of the apartment, there is a large bar counter with stools, a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, sink, cutlery, and basic supplies.  Each bedroom has a Nespresso as well.  Just outside the door, there is an additional kitchen for all other guests to use.  It has similar supplies, only more of them.  Bring your food and you are set to go! 

This unit also has an outside exit to the emergency staircase.

I read one review that mentioned the ceilings were only 6' tall, but that is untrue.  There is one beam across the common room that is 6' but all other ceilings in the apartment are approximately 6'5".  One of us who stayed is 6'3".

The sound between rooms is very quiet, the only sound is from the people upstairs walking around (normal).  One suggestion, bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, etc. 

The location is perfect - the Plains of Abraham is just steps away, and downtown is an easy 10-15 min walk.  Many side streets have cafes, restaurants, and Metro (grocery, wine, beer).  You can walk to the outdoor skating rink (skate rentals), cross-country ski trails, and walking paths.  It is a very active city with lots of people running, skiing, and walking.

This hotel was centrally located in an area that was convenient to so many things.  Dining, historic, museums, shopping, etc. The area is charming.  The property is no frills but no worries, there are so many frills around that you will not even worry.  Bring good walking shoes and a smile.  Note:  check with your phone carrier to make sure you will have your desired coverage.  We did not and had to rely on local options.

Boutique style hotel, operating largely by emails.  No reception.  Keypad entrance to hotel and rooms.  Limited parking at extra cost.  Room comfortable and clean.  A small self-catering area with fridge, kettle, toaster and seating.  Nice building, not easy to find due to eccentric numbering along Grand Allee.  Easiest direction is corner of Ave Tache.

Reasonable value for money.  Some basement rooms

a very nice place to stay in Quebec.  It's different from other hotels because you don't have a reception with people.  Check-in is done online but you still had the necessary amenities in the room (Nespresso coffee maker, towels, bathroom items, etc.) that you can replace yourself if necessary.   It has two communal kitchens with utensils, microwave and electric oven.  It's a 20-minute walk from downtown Quebec

Nice Hotel to stay at Quebec

Our room was very clean which was nice.  The bed was pretty hard, but well appointed.  We could hear people while walking the halls, but in our room, it was very quiet.I had thought that there would be someone on premises at some point, but that was an incorrect assumption.  At no point was there anyone there, but you could get a response over text within a half hour and housekeeping brought what we needed.  Additionally, since there is no one there, they do allow you to store your bags, but it is in an unsecured area of the hotel common space.  Overall, it was a nice, clean, and well run hotel and we would stay there again.  There just really is no one there.  And if you're planning to store your bags, know that they will not be stored securely.

Wonderful 3-day stay during the 70th Anniversary of the Bonhomme Carnival!  Everything we needed was there.

Recently, I had a magical overnight stay in Quebec City. The historic charm of Old Quebec, cozy accommodations, and delectable local cuisine made for an unforgettable experience. Exploring the cobblestone streets, enjoying the warmth of the locals, and witnessing the city's nighttime transformation were highlights. The room, tastefully decorated, provided a comfortable retreat. Despite just one night, Quebec City's cultural richness left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit destination. Overall, it was a great choice for a memorable stay in this charming city. Highly recommended.

the property was clean and comfy.                                   A little more thought can be given as to how many guests are checking in to the room eg only 2 sets of towels provided for 3 guests                                                   It took a while to get a text response with the virtual response set up / but we did eventually get a response when we asked any question and the staff did make an extra effort to assist with inquiries and provisions. The room is specious and well equipped. The hotel is old and need some touch ups such as: allow windows to open to air the room. The Air-conditioner (window unit) is loud. Bed is comfortable and the shower is good. All around- a bit pricey for what it offers  - not having a front desk should be reflected in lowering price charged per night.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We liked the keyless system. We reported one (very) minor issue and it was dealt within 20 mins (very quick).Being an older building and having the room next to the main entrance, the room wasn’t very soundproof; we could hear people come and go through the main entrance. Also, the a/c unit was noisy.

Amazing Location!! The hotel is located within walking distance of almost all city attractions, our room was cute and cozy, and very clean.  I took a star out for 2 reasons: you will be given a code to enter both hotel and your room, and my code was disabled before 11 am! My partner went out earlier in the morning and when he came back he wasn't able to get in, if both of us had left, we wouldn't be able to come back to our room and pack! The second reason is because the staff are not actually in the hotel, I was not able to leave my luggage (a carry-on and a backpack) in the hotel on my last day, and not even late check-out was possible. So be prepared if your flight is later in the day.
