On our recent road trip of the Charlevoix and Saguenay region of Québéc, my wife and I stayed here for two nights. It is a charming B&B run by Murielle (and her charming dog). We stayed in Le Fjord room, which looks right down the river (it probably has the best views in town). From it one can see the boats coming and going and the many windsurfers on the bay. The room was well-presented and the bed was very comfortable. Murielle herself is charming and very helpful. The breakfasts were good too. The location is excellent for access to restaurants and to the boat terminal (from which we took a day-long cruise on the Saguenay river). Highly recommended.
