Reservation is done by phone. They may not answer on first call but will definatly call back. The guy who answered the phone is easy going and making the reservation should be easy. The site itself is beautiful, located around a lot of water. The chalet is on two level, It's small but had everything we needed. The only downside is that bedrooms were too close to each other and there aren't many people available to help you on Site if you ever need something or have a question.
