I loved it! Smaller than we thought but loved it! Super convenient to food places, bars and shops!

The Lofts are a very nice place to stay. They are beautiful apartments that are centrally located in Quebec City. We have stayed there multiple times.

This was the perfect spot for our trip! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do, very clear instructions (en français at least) for everything to do with the unit and every amenity we needed. We will absolutely recommend to friends and family visiting Quebec City!

Our family of 3 stayed at the property for New Year eve. Great location, close to major city attractions. Cozy rooms. We had a balcony but were not able to use it due to the weather (too cold). Looking forward to be back in the summer next time))

This was the ideal location for us, steps from “les plaines d’Abraham” and a short walk from old quebec, restaurants and shops. Definitely woll be coming here again!

I enjoyed this property because it had a laundry machine and was conveniently located to several restaurants and old Quebec. There were a few cleanliness items that could have been improved on, for example some slight smudges in the white sheets that looked like some leftover dirt/mud or some hairs in the shower that were not mine.

It was a great find. When we found it we didn’t think twice before booking it. Location is very central and next to everything you want to see while in Quebec City. The walled old Quebec City is just a 10 minutes walk. The plains of Abraham is right behind with a beautiful views around including of St Lawrence river.The property is very nice and tastefully designed too. The team from the host came across as very nice and helpful set of people. My family really liked the place and it will be the first choice for us whenever we visit the city again.

Wonderful location in the Quebec City

Loved our stay!  The hotel was perfect walking distance to all of the sights in Old Quebec.  We didn’t need our car even once!  The inroom washer/dryer was a huge benefit as well.  They even provided laundry soap! Only wish they also provided creamers and sugar for the coffee (we received only 2 creamer pods and no sugar for two people and 3 days) in the hotel.  No local grocery stores to get these items.  This was the perfect place for our first trip to Quebec and we would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful building and great, spacious loft. However, there are many stairs to climb to get I to the front door and then no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient lugging all your things especially as we were on the third floor. The customer service is very responsive to texts or emails. There is no one onsite however. There is no room service but as there is a full kitchen, you can buy food to eat in your room.

Great location.  Lots of restaurants nearby.  We were able to walk to all of the attractions in Old Quebec.  Apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed.  Bedding and pillows were also super comfy!  There was a bit of a "learning curve" with the key fob to lock and unlock the door, but once we got the hang of it, we were fine.  Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quebec!

Amazing property!! Perfect Location!! Magnificent Walled City!! Art! Music!!Opera!! Grand Theatre steps away!The most beautiful Garden, Joan d’Arc in bronze and garden theme changing each holidays and seasons!! Another set of steps away is Grande Allée and resturants galore!! Cinema Cartier has english current movies in small intimate theatres

L'Adresse was an excellent home away from home. The units are fully self-contained, and the virtual customer service provides excellent communication on what to expect, recommendations of what to see and do, and how to use the facilities. The location is perfect for exploring old Quebec, all the major tourist attractions, great dining options, beautiful parks and more.

We had a great stay and were very impressed with the property. The building was nice and quiet. We had Loft 103 which had a small sunroom/living room that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was nice to come back at the end of a busy day and have a separate sitting area to relax in or to enjoy a coffee while planning our day. The loft was clean and contained a full kitchen. We will defintely be back!

Check in took two phone calls, 1 email and 2 texts. Not sure why the email with instructions on how to check in wasn't sent automatically, that would have made the experience much better. Finally got the check in code within an hour of check in time. But property was well located, clean and beautiful.

Parking would be tricky if the hotel was full up, but in the off season, we didn't really have an issue. Everything we wanted to see on the Plains of Abraham was within walking distance, including the citadel and old Quebec city centre. The apartment was well equipped. Our water was out briefly but the hotel was prompt with help. It was awesome that they provided laundry soap for the washing machine. We would love to come back someday.
