B&B de la Traverse

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and ABSOLUTELY loved it. Our room was the whole first floor above a little shop,kitchen,laundry room,bathroom,lounge with twin beds,master bedroom all decorated in a shabby chic French style and a little balcony with table at the rear.We had everything needed for a short stay and the lovely owner,Pierre,came and cooked our fantastic breakfast in our kitchen for us (how is that for service 👍👏👏). The location was brilliant,just opposite and 2 minutes walk to the ferry across to Quebec (this ran every half hour ,1 hour off-peak,and saved having to find parking in the city) ...travel time on ferry 5 minutes and cheap 👍 Also opposite was a very lively and friendly bar that had a reasonable choice of food. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a very comfortable,affordable break within perfect commuting distance of Quebec...do like we did ...park the car for free at the b&b and enjoy your visit to Quebec stress free.
