What a great stay! Although the property is completely self check in, we felt like there was always someone available for the few questions we did have. Great location! Awesome room, incredible dining experience at Ophelia located below. We will be back. Thank you!

Love the concept ! Ophelia restaurant was cool and tasteful. Would recommend.

We loved our stay in room 103 for 3 nights during winter Carnaval.  The room was modern, spacious and clean. It was also quiet facing the back of the hotel.  The bathroom was high tech with an automatic toilet that I must acquire.  Restaurants and the old city were close by and easily walkable.

I had a lovely stay at this establishment for my anniversary. The staff were extremely efficient and responsive. The room was very modern and appeared newly renovated. The restroom was very brightly lit and fancy renovation.

Great property in the cool area of Grande Allée . 10 min walk to old Quebec. Lots of walkable restaurants

It's a very nice and modern hotel in the heart of Quebec. It doesn't have an onsite reception desk but staff was available to help us out. We were there during the music festival so parking was a challenge as many roads were closed. In a normal time, it wouldn't be too bad as there are some parking garages are  within walking distance.

Property was very clean with modern furniture (including a high-tech automated toilet) and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient to many attractions, on a street with lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks from the Plains of Abraham.  The absence of full-time front desk staff takes some getting used to but the staff responded promptly to requests by phone.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Ophélia in February 2024. The room was immaculate, very comfortable bed, and had all the modern amenities. The fancy toilet with so many options was a surprise and my husband quite enjoyed all the techy controls in the room. Although there is no front desk personnel, staff quickly responded via text to any questions or requests. The hotel is in an ideal location, a short walk to the Old City. We would certainly stay here again when visiting.

A Hotel Gem in Quebec City!

The hotel itself was clean and in excellent condition. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a good night’s rest. There were two restaurants: Ophelia and L’Atelier. While we didn’t dine at Ophelia, we did have oysters and cocktails at the L’Atelier, and everything was tasty and fresh. To note, the hotel does not have a lift, so access was only via two steep flights of stairs. There was also no on-site service. That wasn’t a problem except when we discovered our tv was not working. The picture lagged severely and the airplay function did not work. We messaged the hotel but they didn’t get back to us until we had checked out. It was too bad as we had wanted to stay in after a snowy day and watch a show or movie.

We loved The Hotel Ophelia. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) were fabulous. The staff was extremely kind (the restaurant manager and our early morning bag assistant definitely went over and above). My only problem was no elevator in the building. Even without it, I still would come back but would request a lower floor. It was a wonderful experience and the location was perfect.

Property is well maintained and room was very clean and in great shape. We are older couple and for our taste there were too many electronic conveniences, but that is 21st century after all :-) we had good laughs with lights and toilet controlled by small touch screen. This place is definitely one of the best we ever stayed in. We will be back

Amazing stay. Boutique hotel so lovely. Staff incredible and friendly. We ate at both restaurants, food delicious and service excellent. Room was modern clean and full of special amenities. Location on a lovely street lined with brownstone buildings. Easy walk to Old City and Saint Jean Baptiste st.Will return.

Amazing place staff was super friendly we loved our whole experience beautiful room and location only thing is we would have liked more pillow options but I’m sure if we would have asked they would have offered other options but bed was extremely comfortable and room was so clean we really loved our welcoming gifts as well we can wait to come back !!!

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Ophelia! The hotel itself is so beautiful — every detail has been well thought out. We loved the customizable lighting, super comfy king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom, and chic decor. The location was perfect — on a beautiful street and a quick walk into Old Town. The two restaurants attached to the hotel, L’Atelier and Ophelia, were incredible — our Tartare dinner at L’Atelier was the best meal of our trip!But what really made our stay at Hotel Ophelia SO wonderful was the hospitality of the staff and the hotel owner, Normand. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, often sending us out for the day with a fresh pressed juice or cappuccino. They took the time to chat with us and get to know us, and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt so cared for during our time at Hotel Ophelia! It was the best hotel stay we’ve ever experienced, and will absolutely be back.

Outstanding small boutique hotel in an excellent location.Very attentive and helpful staff. Small but well decorated rooms with good medium firmness mattresses, nice linens and a large walk in shower. First time I have seen a proper toilet in a North American hotel with automatic feature like lid opening, heated seat, hygenic spray and auto-flush.There are stairs up to the rooms and no elevator. The main restaurant associated with the hotel is very good, and popular. The second restaurant just next door has a vibrant night life. This is a wonderful spot for a romantic getaway.
