We booked in advance (October) and arrived in January. When we arrived, there was no heating, no hot water, no spider webs, no electricity, and I was passing through.

I forgot.

I booked for September 3, 2016 via their website, error message when booking, I call no problem I keep a room you can come guaranteed, I arrive at the motel at the end of the day no room for me. No more room in the available area. FALSE FOTOS ATTENTION, No restaurant in the lobby everything is stipping to size plus no furniture except the mini reception. All the customers come to the reception complaining about dirty lack of towel or unchanged handkerchief.

Don't respect the reservations

If it's just to spend the night there (travel stage) it's okay. The beds are comfortable and clean...but for the rest: cleanliness, dust, dirty shower curtain, crumbling ceiling...but we don't ruin each other and the lady at the reception is very flattering.

Ordinary but cheap motel

The only good thing is the price is $53.00 but for the rest of the fake advertising pay $53.00 yes no internet no air conditioning no refrigerator on Tuesday, Saturday night we were the only customers and they are Chinese owners and don't speak the old French smell in the room no chair to sit in the office, we couldn't turn off the lights outside our door.

It's horrible.

I was in room 18.  I liked everything about the hotel, the bed, the internet and the friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with an easy chair where I watched netflix on my computer.  I also took a nice warm shower.   But someone got too aggressive with cleaning the sink and it was all cracked and brown.  Other than that it was a great deal.  We also enjoyed the little row of restaurants on Saint Louis Ave.  There was charming open air seating at several of them.

Comfortable but someone messed up the sink

(English to follow) This hotel is rated as 2 stars; it's not even above 1 in my opinion. It's seriously disgusting! I didn't have enough confidence to walk barefoot, it was too disgusting! The carpet was stained, they didn't even go through the vacuum cleaner before our visit, and there was black mold everywhere. The setting hasn't changed since at least the 70s, and although they have a coffee machine, there's no coffee machine. The machine wasn't even lifted. The room had a broken window; luckily we didn't stay there!

The worst.

An older property off the highway bypass, but well maintained, reasonably priced, clean and with all the necessities. Hi speed internet, direct TV, a number of good restaurants nearby, and a friendly and attentive multi-lingual staff. Definitely worth it.
