Downtown Private Villa within Four Seasons

This is not a villa. It’s a basement suite. We expected it to be associated with the Four Seasons hotel chain; it is not. It’s a basement of a private home in a residential neighbourhood. The view is real.The beds are comfortable. The lights in the kitchen also turn on the lights in the master bedroom, so when one of our party got up at 1am, they woke me up by turning the lights on in my bedroom. He was kept awake by a low battery alarm on his doorknob constantly making an alert sound. The other member of our party found the toilet would not flush. This was a business trip, my first with these partners, so I was very embarrassed. The advertising is misleading.
