Great hotel. Well located in Perce. Easy walking for both ends of the main street. Room was clean and comfortable. My wife has mobility issues and was able to manage the stairs to the second floor. There were a few maintenance projects going on to repair the access ramp. Suggest if mobility is an issue you check on first floor rooms. I cannot recommend the restaurant however. The food maybe top quality, however the service was abysmal. The young hostess almost refused entry until she was informed we were hotel guests. After the Manager went to a lot of trouble to mix a great Sangria for my wife we went to order. We wanted to eat light and was told the 2 starters we picked from the menu weren't available. Then we tried to order salads with menu add ons, only to be promptly told we couldn't do that. The young lady got rather huffy when we told her we would finish our drinks and leave. We went down the street and found some place more agreeable. Maybe just an off night. I am rating this hotel based on our stay there as there are other places eat.
