We arrived late & departed early. Room was on main floor with king bed. No area to lounge inside but deck outside was covered. Nice & close to everything which was convenient. Bathroom on same level was private & no use of the kitchen due to  COVID. Not really recommended for a romantic evening, more geared to families. 

Great for the night

The rooms are clean and large enough. Shower and toilet to share. Room available with all the amenities for dining. Nothing is far from Tadoussac so everything is in close proximity to the accommodation. Very welcome with many explanations about the activities and things to do in Tadoussac.

In this charming little village, you are greeted with two big smiles and a fantastic generosity. Sylvain and his companion are available and will gladly advise you, restaurants to do, walks around the corner, as well as booking a ferry or the right choice to go see whales. The rooms are simple and chic but in a place like this you don't stay in bed all day to watch TV that isn't there. And that's perfect. Thank you so much for your stay!

Nice house, very nice hosts and helpful to find on the thumbs of the nice activities in Tadoussac :-) Well located and easy to access. convenient kitchen for our meals with my 2 little girls.

It's a lovely place.

The house is very cute and well located (everything can be reached from there by feet), the bed is good so we slept well, everything was clean, the kitchen is beautiful and can be used anytime, the breakfast (included if you book directly on their website) was delicious and hosts very nice. Thank you to Lilas and her family for having us.

Very nice place

- Very poor sound conditioning of the rooms - Not terrible kitchen on the ground floor (the strict minimum and the owner does not care too much for its use while it is included in the rate) - Old and tiny bathroom - Very bad quality/price ratio - In addition to the invoice to check, the owner has charged us 80 dollars more before we notice her and she apologizes.

Fairly well located in a village that has nothing to offer except boat rides to see, or if you please, molest, perfectly nice whales . So you get a minute room no bathroom, that is next to the kitchen..
A hairy barefoot concierge for 140 DOLLARS , did I ever feel ripped off!
This is a kids hostel, worth C$40 in the rest of the world , only Canadians put up with this!
If you are over 25 years old don't put up with this, if you are lucky enough to be younger, 40 dollars max!

Ridiculous price for a hostel

The hostel is located near the center of Tadoussac. The guests are welcoming but it is the least of the qualities required to make a guest room. In my opinion the price is too high for services but it seems that the sector of Tadoussac is expensive. The rooms are comfortable (attention access is by an outside staircase) but the toilets and showers are very demanding and there are only two for four rooms. The breakfast is very good and sufficiently copious. In June the rate was about $150, but as there were work on the street with a lot of noise and a strong smell of tar, we were applied the low season rate.

Well located and pleasant hosts but high prices

We spent two nights in Tadoussac in nice comfortable rooms with very good bedding. Two bathrooms and toilets allow you to avoid queuing. Lila, Sylvain and Nathan's reception is very spontaneous and they are very available. Breakfast is generous and varied. The hosts pay attention to the environment without any weight. They have made reservations for us for whale trips, which is convenient. It is better in the middle of the season to take them at the last minute depending on the weather. Lila knows the area well and is good advice for tours and restaurants.

Warm welcome in an organic cottage

My girlfriend and I spent three nights in the middle of May in Goéland. Lila and Sylvain are very kind, dedicated and environmentally conscious hosts. Their house is very cozy with a large living, dining and kitchen area downstairs and the guest rooms (separate entrance) upstairs that look newly furnished and stylish. There is a sink in the room, otherwise you share with the other guests, as in most B&Bs, showers and toilets. We were sent in the day with a lavish morning, coffee, toast, self-made bread and reconfitted confectionery, cereals and eggs.
