Older style motel. Seemed very clean, comfortable beds, room had a fridge/freezer. There was chair by the door to sit outside.

Very nice staff. Safe neighbourhood. Foodland grocery store nearby.

The staff was amazing Nice plants around Good place for a night or 2 Would go back one day ;)

This is a motel.  Rooms are maintained well.  I have stayed here before.  The couple are very friendly and will wait longer for anyone running late for check in.  I am happy there are no resort or other hidden fees.  You pay what you see.  Even motels are higher priced than before.  These are the times after pandemic.

This motel has obviously been around for a number of years. That said, our room was very clean. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. A good choice for budget accommodations.

Nothing. All was good. The room was a little dated but the price was right.

Clean and cozy room with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Private area around back in room 18. It’s not for everyone but this is what we like. Owner’s are polite, friendly and accommodating. Just ask them what you need. Walking distance to beer store and convenience store. 2 minute drive to Hortons, Mr Sub, Little Ceasers, Gas Stations. Everything is closed after midnight, so get your food before. $25-30 flat rate cab from ACT Taxi to Casino Rama.

Very reasonable pricing.  We liked it so much that we booked a second night on our way home.  Quiet and plenty of parking for the boat we were trailing.  Liked the large bathroom with jets in tub.  Comfortable beds, nice pillows, and nice extras like hairdryers, microwave, popcorn, mini fridge.  Minor door problems: screen door didn’t close in room 16, bathroom door in 15 needs to be trimmed so it doesn’t drag on the floor.  We will book again!

That location was perfect for me as I was on a motorcycle touring holiday and Orillia was a great place to start from and return to. The rooms are a little rustic but the beds are very comfortable and clean. The price is very reasonable if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would highly recommend it to anyone on a road trip.

My husband and sister in law and I spent this past weekend here while visiting the grandkids, and were quite impressed. We only had one tiny issue with the air conditioner, but got it cleared up quickly. Check in and out was a breeze, the husband and wife that owns this place were very friendly. 

Parking was right in front of the room, there was a fridge and microwave (and a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn), a kettle a some instant coffee and sugar packets, no tea or cream provided.

Only thing I would change is put a night stand beside the bed and the wall with the window, all that is there is a chair.

There was also a rubber ducky in the bathroom, what a cute little touch 

We were within walking distance to a foodland and a convenience store.

No breakfast, but for us, it wasn’t an issue 

We will definitely return and recommend this gem to others 

Quaint little place 

The room was very clean some might say it is small. We had a queen bed with a big dresser for all clothes , a fridge ,microwave and I believe it was a 40' TV and a small round table with two chairs.It was perfect for our needs. If I had one thing to complain about, I would say the towels were a tad too small , but the staff when asked for another towel or extra towel didn't hesitate to get you one, Bed was very comfortable. If motels are your go to , Holiday motel in Orillia rates high in my books.

the person on the desk did everything he could to be helpful.. I had forgotten all my credit cards, I.d. and money at home. I was travelling with my daughter who wanted to then move all expenses to her accounts.. with a lot of wrangling we/ the hotel staff and I found a way for him to confirm my reservation.. I had with me my print off of the acct.. it had a different # than his.. but it did have my cell # on it and he was able to confirm my identity that way and we were able then to transfer costs to my daughters c.c.

I have stayed here a few times because the price is great, the room is clean and comfortable, the area is quiet,  and it is right across from the 24-hour grocery store. You can walk to and from downtown if you are active. Staff is always friendly. TV gets good channels and nothing in the room was broken or damaged. I love the early check-in time as well.

We stayed at the Holiday Motel for only a night but my partner and I were impressed. The room was cute and cozy and very clean -- our room had a microwave, a decent-sized fridge, a hairdryer, a nice little furnace, a bathtub, and even a step stool. There was also coffee and popcorn provided. The only drawback was that the toilet was very slightly leaky but it was a great room for the price and I would have stayed another night if we needed to. The wifi was free and there were actually three different connection options so you'll likely get a decent connection wherever you're located within the motel. Also located right across the street from a grocery store and right beside a convenience store which was nice. Altogether we enjoyed our stay!

Nice comfortable accommodation however TV reception was not the greatest & the hot water what was not as hot as it should had been.
