Dreamland II Bed and Breakfast

The owners were so attentive, kind, and thoughtful, and provided not only a cozy place to stay but also a delicious breakfast. The property is also situated right on the water, and has wonderful architectural features. We highly recommend!

They were both amazing and very kind , we should thank them for their hospitality!

The property was mind blowing and the staff was very informative and friendly the place has its own private beach and the breakfast was mouth watering. Must stay at this property.

We had a great night at the Dreamland BnB. Nice, personal check-in and both were giving us many interesting informations about the area. The view at the bay is great and the breakfast was really delicious.

Only thing is that you dont have a bath room on the third floor, other wise, a great stay

We stayed here our first two nights in Canada and couldn’t have chose better. It’s in an idyllic spot with good access to Tobermory and The Bruce Trail. Ignore previous review about parking in Tobermory we had no issues and parked for free, took a boat trip and had a lovely lunch at The Crows Nest. 

The owners were lovely and accommodating yes there is a shared bathroom and toilets but plants to go round. They were a great source of information to us and helped massively with what we wanted to do with lots of advice about the area. Breakfast was lovely home made Spanish omelette first day and then pancakes the next plenty of fruit, toast and coffee too. Water was also available on request. 

WiFi was good and a family of foxes were living right outdoors. Lovely views of the Lake and can eat breakfast overlooking it. Can’t fault the stay

A Real Gem of a B&B

The owners were friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating for breakfast time slot and vegetarian options. The B&B was extremely clean and spacious. The only critique is that the 2 shared bathrooms are on the main floor and the stairs going  up to the 2 rooms are winding and narrow. However, the owner carried our bags up and we didn't mind the stairs while we were there because everything is so spacious and quiet. Very relaxing and the views are absolutely stunning over the Bay. Another couple stayed at the same time but the property is so big we didn't even notice them. If stairs are an issue just ask to stay on the main floor bedroom. I would absolutely stay here again.

Janet and Warren are so lovely! Their home is impressively clean and their living room/kitchen have the most peaceful beautiful view on the water. We enjoyed sitting out on the water the first evening we arrived. The room we stayed in was spacious with room to organize our things, the bed was really comfortable and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We’ll be back for sure, thank you!

Stayed for one night for our visit to flower pot island. Beautiful and quiet place. While remote, easy to find. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was exceptional. Would highly recommend if you don't mind driving the extra mile, especially if you want to wake up with a view on the water.

The hosts were very friendly and introduced us some great spots around. They responded the message promptly if you had questions. The house is next to the lake so you could enjoy the tide sound on the balcony and in the dining room. Breakfast was nice and with many healthful and fresh fruits. Although the bathrooms were shared with other guests during our stay, the hosts made a lot of efforts to maintain their cleanliness, and frequently did sanitation works. The bed was comfortable, and our stay was enjoyable.

This is the curest little motel I've ever stayed in. It's owned by a husband and wife who obviously take great pride in taking care of it. It was very clean. Very well maintained and definitely had a lot of extra touches in the decor. The only things we disliked was that there was no access to ice or food after 4 or 5 in the afternoon.

My friend and I stayed at Dreamland II Bed and Breakfast, and were very glad we had booked at such a lovely spot. The house is immaculate. The view over the Bay (right on the Bay) is wonderful except that we kept kidding with the owners that it would be better if they cut the front bushes down, to get even more of a view.  The owners were very friendly, and very helpful. My friend and I are hiking the entire Bruce Trail, and one of the owners kindly picked us up and dropped us off at our vehicle, and the next day kindly dropped us off to our next location on the Bruce Trail. We had a large bedroom for the two of us. I felt it is worth the money, because they made everything so easy and clean. The parking was easy. The breakfast was better than at any hotel, yummy. Sure you had to walk up a windy staircase but it was not a problem, use the rail like any staircase. Two washrooms. No one else was staying there when we were there.  The owners respected our privacy. They were super nice to stay at. I had stayed at a hotel in Tobermory and it was a nicer experience to stay at Dreamland II. This is not the place to stay without a car, but that could be said for much of the Bruce Penn area. The beds were comfy and we had a great sleep after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend this, particularly when you are nearing the Dyers Bay portions of the Bruce Trail.  it is not near anything, a wonderful retreat. 

Dreamland II a GEM!!

The hosts, Dennis and Janet, (super nice and organized) made our stay very comfortable. They were very helpful to kindly trail angel us locally on the Bruce Trail. The house is spotless. This is the best b & b  we have ever stayed at. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. There were two washrooms foe use. The best part was the beautiful view of the water, right on the beach!  A gem!!!

My friends and I stayed one night at this location and we loved it. It’s only 25 minutes drive from Tobermory harbour and is right at the front lake. We spent some time in the evening on the patio enjoying the sound of the lake and watched the sunrise in the morning right on the pebble beach. The hosts are very nice and they spoiled us with a delicious breakfast. While the house needs some updates here and there, it is very beautiful and the space was clean. Pictures are accurate. I will consider this location in the future in case I visit Tobermory again.

This was our first stay at a B&B and we weren’t sure what to expect. Warren and Janet created a clean, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere amongst the beautiful rocky beaches of Georgian Bay. They provided a delicious breakfast promptly at the time we requested in order to meet our scheduled plans, and were ready to help us with any local information we needed; even suggesting activities we would have never known of. We look forward to a return in the future.😊
