Staff was super friendly; had very nice conversations with everyone we stumbled on. Hotel is a bit dated; but we didnt mind one bit. Breakfast was also very good

The room was clean. Breakfast was included. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She saw that we wanted to have orange juice and came over to turn the machine on. She also recognized my membership and gave us complimentary bottled water and snacks.

We spent a week at this hotel and it was wonderful…thanks to the wonderful staff! They were all fabulous and friendly but in particular Christiana, Nicole and Louise. We would most definitely recommend and/or stay again.

I have nothing negative to say about the establishment.

Conveniently located close to the snowmobile trail, fuel next door. Continental breakfast the next morning. What more can you ask for. Great overnight stay for 4 sledders.

Was greeted with excellent customer service and treats! I would highly recommend this hotel.

First and foremost, the staff at Comfort Inn deserve high praise. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made us feel welcomed.Taking everything into consideration, Comfort Inn delivered what was expected from a three-star hotel. It provided reasonable accommodations at an affordable price for a family stay. The breakfast offered a simple selection of options, providing enough variety to satisfy different tastes. It was adequate for starting the day. In terms of the accommodations, the rooms were clean and suitable for a family stay. The amenities were basic, but functional.

5 bikers travelling, had reservations at another hotel only to find that when we arrived that we only had one room, not three. Called comfort inn and they got us three rooms for the night as well as 3 rooms for the next night . They were extremely helpful. We had to do a major repair to a motorcycle and they allowed us to park the bike under the canopy and do the work since it was raining. A big thank you to the girls at the front desk, Megan and Louise in particular, you made our stay like coming home.
Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. Very clean, bathrooms modern.we travelled around the Gaspe and landed back at the comfort inn again on a Friday night. Megan, knowing that we were returning, had made our reservations on the ground floor so our bikes could be parked outside our patio doors.
I would highly recommend this hotel and when  in the area will definitely stay again.
Also they serve a very good breakfast

Great hotel

Excellent room...friendly staff and helpful Front Desk Manager.  On Saturday morning, the Front Desk Manager assisted me with their lobby computer.  I had car trouble and needed to make a bus reservation to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for Sunday morning.  At 6 am, Sunday morning, the desk clerk called a taxi for me and he arrived before I could retrieve my luggage from the guest room.  The General Manager, Ms. Peggy Roussie, operates a first-class hotel.  :-)

Winter in April

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant when we arrived.  We did ask about local restaurants and got some guidance to go to the Chinese restaurant next door but DON'T.  That's for another review.  We picked this hotel because it appeared to have been newly renovated and that was clear.  It was neat and clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and microwave.  You get to the room from the inside but you can go outside (on the first floor anyway) through a sliding glass door.  There were others sitting outside when we arrived whom we chatted with briefly, doing the same thing that we were doing (riding our motorcycle around the Gaspe peninsula). Breakfast had usual standard fair, hot and cold cereals, waffles you can make, hard boiled eggs, pastries, whole fruit.  It's a very small breakfast area so if there is a bus there, get some guidance on what time NOT to come down as there is not enough room for everyone.  Our front desk attendant gave us a warning in advance, which was appreciated.

Great location to stay if going to Miguasha National Park. Very quiet location and friendly staff.

the overall experience was good but I found the bed to firm. my only complaint

Helpful, friendly receptionist. Room as advertised, no problems. Nice, easy access to car. Good breakfast; scrambled & boiled eggs, sausage patties, toast, waffles, yogurt, etc.

No complaints

Room was comfortable but needs updating, especially the sticky carpets.Exterior of building needs updating especially the parking lot and landscaping. When we pulled into the lot we thought the hotel was closed.
