We stayed at this very nice B & B during last summer's F1 weekend. Overall, we had a great experience. Our room was located on the second floor and was quite comfortable for the 2 of us. Toilet and bathroom were located on the third floor. I believe there are only 3 guest rooms in the whole place so there was never a wait for the shower. The owners, Eric and Daisy were very welcoming. Eric speaks very little English but Daisy is fluent and I was able to get by with my limited French. Breakfast was very tasty. I chose this B & B mostly because of the location. It is not actually in Old Montréal but is located across the highway bridge in Chinatown. However, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the old city. It is also just a block away from the main boulevard in Montréal with easy access to buses including the public airport bus. There is a Metro station that is a 5-10 minute walk away. It should be pointed out, and this is not a criticism but just a fact, that you are in the middle of a very vibrant area of Montréal and it can get quite noisy at night as people stumble back when the bars and clubs close.
