Had a bad experience with expedia and the hotel in term of communication. This place should not be treated like a hotel because it is not. You are charging us with hotel price without the service. I have had so many questions that needed to be answered and services needed to be tended to but no help beloze zero in term of communication and service. Good location and relatively new which are the only two good things.I have had to help many people because instructions were not delivered or misunderstood.There is no reciption or front desk.

I would prefer second floor. I found a spider and it was quite scary, did not know what to do.I would prefer having view and open window, to get some fresh air. Otherwise, love the shower, water pressure was good.

Place was clean but No service, was there for 4 nights and asked for towels after 2 nights, was told no more were supplied but we could wash ours in their laundry facility, no soap provided. Got 2 coffee pods and asked for more, they said we get them the next day, none showed up or the day after when I had again requested coffee. The place was not cheap so service or no service was bad

No service at the hotel

It's a reasonable stay if you just need an affordable spot to sleep for a night or two but nothing more. It is a great location as it is walkable to many nightlife spots, Old Montreal, and not far from downtown. The rooms are small with just enough for a bed and a small kitchenette. There is no closet in the double bed room we stayed in, so if you need to be able to hang clothes I would not recommend. The self-check in process was easy and instructions were clear. However, it is hard to get in touch with anyone for assistance. Everything seemed clean upon arrival, however we quickly noticed that the toilet seat was broken/detached from the toilet bowl. I sent a message to the hotel to inform them of this issue but I did not hear back for a resolution. The services are limited - e.g. no towel change. So just be aware that if you are staying longer, you would be expected to use the on-site communal washer/dryer for clean towels. There is also no on-site parking, so you would need to be comfortable with finding street parking or paid public lot parking. Overall, it was a fine stay for what we needed (a place to sleep after my friend's wedding), but not ideal for something more involved like a worry-free vacation.

Very quiet and confortable room with all the nesesary. I  surely will stay there again.

The amenities in the room were nice, but** there was no room for clothing/ luggage storage- no drawers or closet. Everything was extremely close and I could barely move around the room

This is the most TERRIBLE experience ever in my travel experiences. I got INJURED inside the washroom while the GLASSES DOOR BROKEN!!I got cut in my body, arms, feet… I tried to contact the hotel for half hour and no one is answering. Then I called 911. The paramedic came, and they said it wasn’t the first time they got a call like this in this hostel.And then I contact Expedia, because I booked the hotel through them and ask for help.The most ridiculous thing is the hotel’s response.“ You want a refund when the glass broke during your stay ? We will ask for a refund since we need to change and pay for the glass. We will be in touch with the invoice”This is how they responded by the message.I wasn’t asking for refund at first, but the agent said they will ask them for me and I think it make sense.The customer service is the worst!TLDR: The glasses door in washroom broke and injured me, no one answered the phone, and tried to ask me money for replace the glass

Even through we had hard time to communicate with the hotel , we appreciate everything else in this hotel . Will visit again .

Awesome stay if you want to be close to the metro and a variety of places to eat. Can be a bit loud with people coming and going but ear plugs did the trick for me. Would stay again if we come back to Montreal.
