Checking in late at night was ok, the employee was really friendly so my hopes where up and then quickly shattered apon entering the room. I’m thinking now she works at a different hotel and was filling in. So much was wrong with this hotel, but I will try to keep it short and to the point...loud party music until 2am from their front area, drunk people stumbling loudly through the halls Thou the night, doors slamming shut, Unbelievably dirty walls, floors, bathroom, windows...so very dirty! There were toe nail clippings in the bathroom! I pre paid two weeks ago so they had lots of time to clean the room. There was not enough towels for all of us and doesn’t matter because they felt like sandpaper anyways. The water pipes where loud and sounded like they would blow up. None of us had sleep and we finally had enough at 8 am, I go to the desk to check us out...5 min feels like forever when u have not slept all night! Finally a person who is eating breakfast at the tables gets up and walks around the check out desk to sign me out. Yes, he sat there, eating his food well I stood at the desk waiting to check out and then he looked upset at me because I interrupted his meal. So angry at this point but way too tired I just had to get out.

Air spray Dose not make a room clean Travelodge! 😡

I have written a review of Travelodge Toronto Airport in the past. I regret to inform
you that it was bought out by Doubletree and is now very expensive to stay there and expensive to park there while you travel. 

There are much better deals than Doubletree.

Travelodge Toronto Airport No More

My husband came here for Business and I stayed with him for a Winter Break. He planned on being here for six month's.  Each room he had was more horrible then the last.  The furniture was falling apart ie used ironing board instead of desk to use his Computer because Ironing board was more stable.  It was not clean because I don't count lobbies I count what I sleep in.  You feel like your sleeping on a runway it was so noisy with plane noise. The heater did not work in one room as you could not regulate the temperature.  Many of these issues were brought up to staff and they just ignored you.   Staff were unaccomodating even though he would have been using there hotel for many month's.   The internet was terrible and would cut out all the time.

Horrible Service and Rude Staff!

We did not stay at this hotel for airport access, however, it was close to the highway and easily accessible.  However, there is a $15 charge for parking was assessed for each day of stay.  The lobby looks beautiful and modern, however, when we arrived at our room it was like walking into the 1970's, old wooden furniture, no mini-fridge, stained walls in the bathroom, we were provided with the bare minimum.  This was our 3rd night in a hotel room traveling and this was the most expensive and worst quality hotel on our trip.  Sadly disappointed.  Would not stay here again.

Should have read these reviews before booking.

Basic hotel without any charm, at a quite high budget price.  The check in staff on arrival were off in another world, and not really with it (think it must have been a very long boring shift!).  However, the next  morning the reception staff were very eager to help and advise.  There was nowhere to eat as we arrived after 10pm so had to order pizza delivery (which threw the reception staff also).
