Been here twice in the past year. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced, pleasant staff

Friendly and quaint atmosphere.  Keep up the great work.  Love that they are supporting the Community and give clients the opportunity to contribute.

Right off trans Canada highway. Walking distance to Timmies and Starbucks. Clean and comfortable.

This was our second stay there and we were very impressed and happy with the quality of the beds.

We always stay here when travelling to Parry Sound.  It is a quiet, clean hotel and the breakfast is more than ample for our needs

Overall, it was a great stay. Price and location was great. It was a bonus that we were able to have our family dog with us. The one staff that checked us in and out was very friendly and professional. My only complaint was that one of the staff working the late evening shift aggressively accused my husband and son of playing nicky nicky nine doors, and our door was one of the doors that got banged on. I would strongly suggest that before you start yelling at hotel guests and throwing around accusations and threats, you know for sure that they are the ones that did it. It was upsetting for them to be treated that way.

Superb stay. Very friendly at the front desk, great beds, clean, and beautiful view out the windows. Room temperature was a little cool upon entrance, though, and tv was not user-friendly, but for an unplanned stopover during one hell of a snowstorm, it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this lovely inn.

Very clean! Lovely staff, complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. Room we had had a window that can open which was amazing. Our beds were very comfortable and pillows were not lumpy. Close to nearby stores, very reasonable price and pet fee is significantly lower than major hotel chains. Would stay here again!

Pleasant Inn, well situated on the edge of town, only a short drive from the town docks and dinning/shopping. Very comfortable , clean, modern room and updated bathroom.  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minus was the very sparse continental breakfast offered. There were no hot food items available ( except the option to toast bagels ). I believe only muffins, yogourt, bagels and cereals were offered along with assorted hot and cold beverages.

Stayed here last weekend…seems to be one of the better places in Parry Sound. Has nice simple continental breakfast, clean but worn rooms, hard bed. No pool, basic amenities, one person desk, area to lounge in. Room has small fridge, small TV, carpet is worn in the room we stayed. Ice maker & snack machine on site. Happy they were available for last minute booking.

We stayed one night at the Parry Sound Inn & Suites on our way home from a medical appointment in Toronto. Check in was friendly and efficient.We stayed in room 102 . The room was large, clean & comfortable. We have 2 small dogs so very convenient for taking the dogs out. Bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. Convenient location to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again if we are in Parry Sound.

Comfortable Syay

Visited during COVID and was a bit tentative about staying in hotels. However the hotel was very proactive everything was very clean, staff was friendly and mask protocols were strictly inforced. There was regular sanitizing of high touch points we were witness to as well. Overall great stay would highly recommend if you're planning a stay in P/S.

Great Stay

We were greeted by a smiling Shari who has worked throughout the pandemic!  Very clean and cute place.  The breakfast has become a bagged one which was just fine with us.  Amazing banana nut and blueberry muffins that tasted homemade.  When my daughter and I arrived with bottles of sparkling water (our drink of choice) Shari gave us plastic wine glasses to make our drinks celebratory, which they were.  We were driving  from Vancouver to Ontario as we got caught in the lockdown but the easing of regulations (plus masks all the time for us) make the trip home possible.  Would stay here again for sure!

Great spot right beside the 400

Spent a night here while travelling for work. Quite a comfortable room. Interesting layout with the room divided by the wet bar. Friendly and helpful staff and a reasonable rate. Very quiet, even though it is right near the busiest highway exit in Parry Sound. They had lots of Tesla chargers for those with electric cars.

Comfortable and Quiet

The facility was easy to find, free parking, and helpful breakfast as well as having coffee tea etc available all day. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Internet was challenging and not working at times 

Shari, receptionist on afternoons, deserves many gold stars. She was helpful in pointing out options and offering suggestions for our business trip.
