I payed 170 dollars for a double and all night we heard people in the basement partying I came home and let my friend stay now I am trying to call him and the line says enter the room number and 5 times in a row it went dead so I tried to get ahold of the front desk and it too went dead bad place to stay

We stopped at this motel on a Sunday, after visiting Knights Inn and Maple Glen on Dundas. It was another tired drive-up motel - singles were $85 and two beds were $95. Looked as if it was the same type of family ownership as Knights Inn & Maple Glen. We looked at a single room and a double room, the odor in the double was worse than the single bed room. Their Expedia listing says “Standard Double Room, 1 Double Bed Room sleeps 2 guests”, hate to tell ‘ya - two adults do not fit easily in a double bed.  We drove down Dundas. After getting much the same pricing at yet another older Dundas Street drive-up we crossed town to Exeter Street near the 401 exit.  We eventually ended up at the Motel 6 that offered better prices, after asking about CAA and other discounts. Today/Sunday Motel 6 is quoting $60 by Expedia for a Queen bed. 
If you ask a question on this review bear in mind emailing & twittering are low on our priority list and a response may be delayed.
Avoid London Dundas Street drive-up motels - go to a chain Motel - Days Inn, Motel 6, Ramada - who have minimum standards and discount policies - eg CAA AAA Seniors etc.

Rate for stay was far too expensive for this nothing fancy, old motel (90 for room overnight and 60 deposit), tv in first room didn't work and when I asked for room change the male manager was not happy about it, rooms are poorly cleaned (bathroom tub had greasy fingerprints on it), sink was cracked and tap leaked, carpets were disgusting (wasn't wearing shoes and my feet became blackened from dirt embedded in carpet), toilet paper in bathroom was thinnest 1 ply I've ever seen. I would recommend everyone stay as far AWAY from this dirty place as possible!

Horrible hotel I paid for 3 days but on the first night which was a Friday the staff came to yell at me because I had one extra guest who was not eveb planning on staying with me just Hanging out. He came to my room and made me promise that my guests and I would be out in 5 minutes. He called me on the room phone after the 5 min to yell some more about why I wasn't gone yet I told him we were changing and would be another 2 mins to which he said no I will cancel your stay and there is no refunds for the additional 2 nights I paid for!!!! i will never go back to this motel. stayed 2 weeks ago on Saturday paid $80.00. Thursday night showed up to pay 169.50 plus a 60.00 deposit. counter person very rude when I asked him why hike in price. not a way to run a business

will never stay again.

Our sheets were dirty and there was hair in our tub. We only stopped for the night and was thankfully out of there in the morning. I slept with my own blankets on top of the bed sheets. Room was non-smoking but still smelled like smoke.
