Worst motel I have ever experienced in my life. The staff is rude & incompetent. Without my approval, the desk clerk charged my cc $438 upon check in, not even knowing how long I would  need to stay (due to home renovations). The entire motel is trash & reaked of smoke (totally gross & illegal). One toilet seat screw was completely broken off - very dangerous! No coffee maker. No tissues. No hair dryer. No lotion. Cigarette burns in bed cover and holes in the walls (see photos). Horrible "free" wifi. The TP was so thin I called it half-ply. When I went to check out I was left standing at the desk for 15 minutes (likely while they worked on a plan to rip me off). My complaints resulted in obtaining a $204 refund. So I paid $235 for 2 nights in a complete crud hole. Outrageous. I plan to dispute the cc charges & report all issues to the Ontario Accommodation Association. Please do not ever stay at this awful motel. 

Anywhere But Here!

It is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Bed full of bugs. We couldn’t sleep at night due to the bugs. Heating only works centrally when the reception wants to turn it on. Very bad hygiene and very nasty. I used to stay in room 119

Stay at Lighthouse Inn Motel

There were no rooms left as I travelled last minute to see sister in hospital and got this booking dot com and was shocked at the stench of cigarettes all the way down the hall (where my upgraded to jacuzzi room was) and it was winter so could not keep the windows open but I did. The first thing I noticed in the room was the bed cover had a nasty stain on it and when I removed it to through it in the jacuzzi I noticed 2 long black hairs on the white sheets and I was so happy I brought my own through blanket and pillows. I will never go to this place again, in fact, if this was only hotel room available I would recommend you sleep in your car. I am not usually this negative but the only think good about the place was the bathroom in the room was renovated.

Nasty Hotel in London Ontario

We were in London while my mom was in the hospital and wanted a hotel nearby. It was late in the evening and there really aren’t a lot of options in the vicinity. There is no restaurant at the Lighthouse Inn, but there are many nearby... the sheets were clean, there was free WiFi, and it was quiet. If you are seeking anything beyond this, look elsewhere.

Re: rustic

This was our first time stay at Lighthouse Inn.  Staff was friendly and very good customer service.  Fresh bedding and linen, enough toiletries in washroom.  Will stay again during our next visit to London

Very welcoming place

Me and my family went to london as a part of business trip. We stayed at this motel for 2 nights. Guy at front desk was very helpful and committed to his work. I've enjoyed my stay in this motel . Rooms are spacious, clean with modern furniture. The bathroom was clean and towels were very soft. Wi-Fi is fast enough.

The Motel is nicely updated. The room was clean and nicely organized . The bed and pillows were very comfortable.  The parking was ample for our weekend stay.The front desk very helpful and made us very welcome. Location was convenient and easy to find..Would stay here again

Very nice and clean room. Excellent location 

We stayed at this motel only because it's almost in the city center and 20 minutes' drive from Boler Mountain to take a snowboard ride. It's a perfectly normal motel for one or two nights, no more, because there's no soundproofing. If you've been driving on a snowboard all day, you won't be bothered:) On the plus side, I want to note that the room is equipped with everything you need and is quite warm in the winter.
