Repotel Levis

Had to stay for 5 nights for a medical appointment. It was a great stay, comfy beds, clean and modern. Mini-fridge and microwave in the room was a great perk.

Good hotel. Clean comfortable beds. It is in the industrial area but we didnt mind. It was quiet and clean and close to everyday.

Friendly and helpful staff, updated and clean rooms.  It looks a little run down from the outside but it’s much better in the lobby and rooms.  It’s simple but comfortable 3 mins off the transcanada highway at a good price

It was exactly as I expected and a welcome rest at the end of a long day on the road. Don't change anything.

Very clean rooms , looks like they were recently updated.gas station and McDonald's right across the street very convenient.  Check in and out very easy only draw back they wanted two hundred dollar deposit that would of been refunded 24 hours after checkout but no where does it mention that amount of security deposit , I did not pay that deposit

The purpose of our stay was to meet up with family along a road trip from Ontario to NB. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The lobby and hotel overall is very modern/white and bland (no art and no frills). There are no amenities. One thing my husband noticed was that there didn't seem to be any security cameras. I also thought it was odd that the main doors lock after a certain time, but the back door doesn't and I don't remember seeing that a key card is required to go in-out of the building. So, we probably won't stay here in the future for that reason, but the hotel is pretty new and if that changes, I would reconsider. The price point was ideal, especially considering how everything else in the area was SO expensive. It is worth mentioning that we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant that is just a hop skip and a jump away. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel and I wasn't disappointed. Was I wowed, no, but we just needed a clean and comfortable place to spend the night.

A clean, comfortable stay but iffy about security.

It was a very basic building.  Very sparce in decorating.  But mostly what i need is a clean room, a comfy bed and the feeling of safety woman traveling alone).   This hotel delivered on that.There are rooms on main floor that you can park right up to your door.  They were all occupied.  I was given a second floor room but there was an elevator so no problem.My room was very clean.

Our stay was pleasant overall, but a few issues kept it from being perfect. While the hotel was clean and comfortable, there were some inconveniences. There was no room service available at night, no dustbin in the bathroom, and the vending machine was empty. Additionally, the hotel advertised having a bidet, but it wasn’t available in our room.What really affected our stay was a dog barking at night, which repeatedly woke up my baby. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was nice. With these issues addressed, this could easily become a 5-star experience!”Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!

The room had a fresh feeling. The photo listed displayed two comfortable looking chairs, which is nice after several hours of driving and booked for the room with two queen beds. The room was as pictured minus the chairs. It was one wooden chair and when i inquired was informed that those chairs are for the jacuzzi rooms. The front desk check in wasn't too long. Only noticed a day later that there is an ice maker in the front reception.We could here the heavy coughing in the room next door the first night and the next day the new check in had an extremely loud older child at 6am screaming and running in the hall. But that's the price paid when we chose to turn off the loud A/C unit. It definitely was the second nicest stay out of all hotels on our trip.

Renovated feel

We booked last minute and the front desk agent was extremely helpful! We got to the property and the front desk agent was extremely nice and very welcoming … it was easy to find our room and when we got into the room it was SOOO clean! The room was a little plain but we think it was just recently built so they may still be decorating but it had everything we needed, tv, bed, full bathroom, mini fridge etc! The only thing weird is that our curtains didn’t close and so we only had sheer curtains that you can see through from the outside so we had to change in the bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal…Overall wonderful experience and if we are ever in the area again, that will be my first choice

I stayed here 3 years ago and it was clean, but dated and gross. The building now jas a fresh coat of paint, new appliances. It was spotlessly clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I was hesitant about staying here again prior to our arrival, but seeing how nice a job they done upgrading and decorating, I won't hesitate again!!!!

The property is newly renovated and very clean this is the second year in a row i spent a weekend with my family and i will highly recomend it. The only bad thing are the bathroom, the room we stay did not have a vanity just a sink and it was very incovenient with no place to put all the stuff. A vanity in a hotel bathroom it is a Must.

my stay was excellent. The hotel was quiet, clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. I would like to add that management could discuss with housekeeping, that the floors could be cleaner. I came in with wet shoes from the rain and used my own papertowel to dry the floors. The papertowel was VERY black after wiping up the wetness. Otherwise, the hotel was immaculate. The floors looked clean, until I wiped them......I wore shoes for the rest of the stay. I will return to this hotel, as It was affordable and otherwise well done!

I would just like to take a moment to advise everyone of the great customer service we received at this hotel on 2 occasions. 

We stayed at this Hotel in June of 2016 en-route to Ottawa, and had an excellent stay. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Breakfast in the morning was great and filled our bellies upon hitting the road. The lady working the front desk was VERY helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. 

Fast forward to now and we were booked to stay here for 3 nights coming up next weekend and after having to cancel our trip due to the current health scare in the world we unfortunately had to cancel.  Again when I called to both book the reservation and cancel I believe it was the same lady we dealt with 3 years ago and again received nothing but EXCELLENT service. She is very pleasant to speak to and provides excellent service. 

So if you are looking for a hotel close to the highway, with excellent customer service, good food and clean room this hotel is just right. 

Again, I would just like to say Thank You for the excellent service and I without a doubt be staying here again.
