Price can't be beat! It had everything I would want from a motel/hotel room, and had a microwave which was handy. Its definitely outdated but very clean. Ive been a couple times and would go back!

Very convenient location for a stop when travelling.  Comfortable,  clean, the staff were very helpful, courteous and attentive, the lady called previous to our arriving and it was helpful because we ran late in our driving from Toronto and she was expecting us for the check-in.Highly recommendable for resting after a long drive

We were in town for student move-in weekend. Just needed a convenient place to stay near Bishop’s. La Paysanne was cute and cozy and convenient.

Perfect for our needs, specifically was in town to get nephew set up for school year at Bishop’s. Easy walk to town and all the amenities.

The property was immaculate as was yhe motel itself. Service was terrific. Thank you for a great stay

A great place to stop over along the journey!

I’m going to be honest this place was booked at the last minute and my expectations were low. We booked the family room with 3 beds. When we arrived after dark the lovely lady checked us in. The lobby is open until 10pm. I have to admit the lobby/check in area smelt funky. When we got to our room it was clean and more spacious than anticipated, looks better in real life. The beds were extremely comfortable. This isn’t a 5 star stay, but if you’re looking for a conveniently located place to sleep on a long drive it’s a great spot. Recommend you drive down the street to Bekkah’s Bakery for breakfast (delicious).

A comfy place to lay your head!

It was the perfect location for viewing the eclipse 2024. Accommodations were basic but a great value. The owner proprietor was very accommodating and friendly which added to our enjoyment of the eclipse. We did not have to deal with any traffic going to and from viewing areas. It is within walking distance to a number of places to eat.

My family stayed in two rooms for two nights during the eclipse, so the motel was full! This motel was in the off season, so we didn't know what to expect. What we got were two average sized rooms with floors clean enough that my white socks didnt discolour, really comfortable beds, a sofa in each room (giving us space to put in a playpen for our baby) and staff that were really friendly and helpful and willing to give us extra coffee and sugar and (after the event) share a quick chat about our shared experience. They didn't price gouge for the eclipse, which I also appreciated, not every motel can claim the same.
The walking trail behind the building was accessible just past the pool (closed at the time, because it's April) and was really lovely in both directions. 
The only downside is when this hotel is full, people don't know how to park in front of their rooms and if you want to use the sofa bed, they will charge you for the sheets (their method of keeping track of who uses the sofabed so they dont have to open each one up every time someone uses a room). We opted to just let our four year old co-sleep rather than worry about it.
This was a great stay for the price, we will definitely stay again whenever we pass through Sherbrooke!

Very clean, good experience

I like staying here.  My kid goes to university nearby so it's a great "home" away from home for us since we spend most of our time out and about.  I'd love to be able to bring our dog but I understand the reasons why they don't accept them...but it will force me on occasion to pick a different place.  The owners were great.  It was clean.  The particular room we were in was really warm (AC was not strong enough perhaps), but previous stays we had no problems with room temperature.  We will definitely stay again (when we don't need to bring our dog.)

Great to have in Lennoxville.

Very good value for the money.  The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed.  The bed was very comfortable and firm.If there is any recommendation I would make, then that would be to improve the internet service.  It was very sluggish, at besr, and often the connection dropped for no explicable reason.  Very frustrating.  Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

So this place is a gem.  A few noteable things: the price is cheap.  Can't beat it.  The rooms are dated, while the bedding is NICE and new and good quality, the mattress was NOT.  The owner/manager was working VERY hard and was VERY attentive and responsive.  The decor is 1970, but charming?  The front view is onto a road, but just out back there is a cycling/running trail along the river that goes for MILES in both directions.  It's very close to the highway, so convinient in that regard, and quiet once inside the room.  The rooms did smell like smoke, but after a few hours of windows open that helped... So basically if you're looking for a cheap easy clean place to stay, I would highly recommend it.  If you're concerned with a firm mattress or a scenic view don't even consider it.

Walls are quite thin which made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Motel is very dated but very clean and well kept. Only 10 minute walk to the centre of Lennoxville which was very convenient. Overall good stay. Price could potentially be a bit cheaper.
