We were in 2nd floor. Entrance to the building is easy to find. Front foyer and elevator were clean and modern. All the codes worked. Room was really nice and recently renovated. 2 small-ish beds and a couch 1 person could sleep on. Kitchen has what you need, but we had to buy 2 more fry pans. Microwave, stove and dishwasher worked perfect. Shower had good pressure and the water was hot. Couldn't really hear much from other guests. In the morning could hear some foot traffic above and some cars on the road. Nothing too bad. Wifi worked great. There was no mechanical noises and we were there for 6 nights and made it through a major snow storm. Parked at UQAM Christan. 5 minute walk.We had a good stay and would go back.
