Beautiful place, beautiful, peaceful location. The staff went above and beyond to make our retreat a truly special one, from the front desk to the awesome man in the kitchen. We'd absolutely recommend and we'll absolutely be back

Great place wonderful service and excellent staff my only complaint is I have allergies and had to bring my own lunch to 3 out of 4 times and would not have pd for lunches if I had known this. It was great to be able to go up and relax 

Amazing retreat center to spend with family. The staff are incredible and ensure your stay is relaxing. The water so close by making it the perfect spot to stay during the summer. We will definitely return in the future.

Once again, a stellar experience at Honeymoon Bay Lodge. 15 women hanging out for 4-days and 3-nights, crafting, socializing, hot tubbing, playing games and enjoying excellent meals prepared by an outstanding chef. The rooms are elegant and have everything you need. The staff are so welcoming that you feel like family when you stay. 

As always after many years, a wonderful get away.  My friends and I love gathering from all over to spend time together each spring.  The elk were wandering the lawns after sunset, so magical.  Lovely walks to the lake were enjoyed by many of us.      

Great location for a quilting retreat. Lots of room  for the group and our machines.  Enjoyed the other activities in-between sewing including hot tub and walks. Gardens  are lovely.  Food and accommodation was excellent.


This is one of Vancouver Island's gems.  A well run facility tucked in the woods near Cowichan Lake.  Beautiful all times of the year.  The food was delicious, all prepared from scratch by their most charming chef, Susie. 
Rooms spacious and immaculate.  

 I have gone to Honeymoon Bay with my rughooking group  every year for nine years. We have absolutely been thrilled with our experience, so much so, we have decided to go twice a year. I cannot say enough about the welcome we get, the lovely appointed rooms that are spotless, the food and the friendly staff. Give yourself a treat and visit the retreat. 

I have stayed many times at the lodge and retreat, the relaxation and friendliness of staff is why I continue to return. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. 
I enjoy all the unique treasures I find in the gift shop and really enjoy the games room and library. 

had a wonderful visit here,  much to do, great food and service was given.beds were great, so relaxing
even with the rain. can't say enough about this retreat. the surroundings were well kept,nice patio as well,

Reception is a welcome home! The beds comfie the pillows plentiful. The food to gain weight on and special diets catered too. Space to walk with nature and visit the lake. Massage and reflexology available. A room with good lighting tables and executive chairs for us crafters. Staff that have become dear friends

Retreat

The yard is beautiful.  Garden was beautiful. Very comfortable pleasant place to stay at for a retreat or private. We were very blessed to be able to stay at this retreat, 
Loved the hot tub. Also there is a baby grand piano in their library to play and fireplaces in most common areas. Such a beautiful atmosphere.

 All of our needs and requests for a good quilting retreat were met and surpassed. The room was set up before our arrival and staff was ready to accomodate any special requests made by individuals. 

Kitchen staff catered to special dietary needs - to diabetic, lactose intolerant and vegetarian.
