I have stayed many times and I'm always satisfied with the services.

Very pleasant short stay for a reasonable cost.The Inn is getting quite tired.

Excellent stay at an affordable property in an unaffordable city. Easy communting distance to downtown Halifax. Will definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff right from check in were very polite and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. The only concern we had was the lights outside of our room were so bright they illuminated our room, making it hard to sleep. We would definitely stay here again but recommend some room darkening curtains.

The room was spacious and was decorated comfortably with adequate TV channels. It was also better affordable compared to most other alternatives we viewed for that area.  It had a nice size mini-fridge but did not have a microwave.The beds were somewhat stiff and two of our party found them too hard. There was a leak under the sink when it was used. But generally it was an okay place.

Overall good stay. This was actually my second time. The first room I had was the “executive” it was a newly renovated room with really comfortable beds, I had a great sleep! Second was a standard room which wasn’t as comfortable but good value for money. If you are on a budget and want a nicer room pick the executive it’s worth the extra little bit for your comfort. The location is a bit out of the downtown core but nothing a car ride can get you too! I would stay again

We have stayed at this location more than a few times and find that it is good value for the price. Right away, updates to rooms were noticed and the staff is as friendly and helpful as ever. As mentioned by others, the attached restaurant never disappoints. There is a great selection on the menu, food is very good and the value for the cost of a meal is the best I have seen in the city. Really, a hidden gem of an eating place.

Everything we needed

Not a bad priced motel. The front desk staff were extremely professional and kind. They offer wifi and had a discount on the supper special for guests if you visited their grill. (We did not have time to check out their grill/restaurant)
Room was nicely cleaned, and everything looked fully newly renovated. Beds were a bit hard to sleep on. Rooms had TV and a mini fridge.
There was a menu in the room and it offered Gluten-Free pancakes for breakfast, which was a bonus. 

Again, only stayed one night but the staff was super friendly, professional and kind.



Decent little Motel/Inn

Friendly staff, easy check in, very clean and affordable place.  The view from our balcony was awesome.  Not the most updated but clean and has everything we need.  I liked that the toilet and bath were separate from the sink and mirror.  Having a fridge was nice too.  Plus enough supplies for 4 cups of coffee per day.

Friendly motel in North End area of Halifax. Good value pricing compared to central Halifax prices. Close to bus route into town, about 20 mins’ ride. Excellent onsite restaurant serving good, simple food at great prices. Very good breakfast special dish. Smokers sitting outside their rooms are a problem as smoke gets sucked into rooms. Rooms, lighting and especially bathrooms in dire need of updating but all saved by friendly, helpful service.

Simple inn with good service and great food

Well Its a Motel that looks like its right out of the 70's.Thats not necessarily a bad thing though.The room we stayed in was very clean and I could tell it had been recently re-modeled.The staff are super friendly and helpful. its a 110$-120$ a night motel.One of the nicest I have staed in but the price Expedia charged was just too much. I paid 400$ for 2 nights,tax inc. I have stayed downtown at the fourpoints for less than that. Overall we were very happy with out stay at the Chebucto Motel and would stay again if I can get a better price.

The rooms are being re-done and updated.  We were in one of the updated rooms.  The toilet and bathtub are in one room and the sink is outside that room, which may be awkward if you don't know your traveling partner well.  They could have used a hook to hang your cloths on in the bathroom. 
The mattresses were new and very comfortable (not too hard, just right!).
There is a restaurant on the premises, breakfast is not included.  I ate at the restaurant and was sick that night.  
Tim Hortons is walking distance up the road, there is a corner store up the road.  There is a drinking establishment down the road.   
Fairly quiet.
