Eden Place Bed & Breakfast

We're looking for a place to stay near the "downtown" and it was the perfect place! By walking distance, we experienced a delicious dinner at XX and finish the night at the local brewery (Saw Dust City). Eden's place is...a house!! Where you give an honest amount of money for what you got!! It was clean and what to say about the owner! She was so welcoming and cooked us a very surprising but so tasty breakfest. The rasperries and the fresh mint from the garden's owner gave us a little boost for the road ahead...

Stay at Eden place B&B

We had varied & interesting conversations with our hostess, Ethel. Her home is small, and smells like a grandmothers.  It's small, cluttered, and decorated with doilies and scatter rugs. In every room, there was a cobweb. The ceiling in the only bathroom was bowed, and the tub was stained. The home is not air-conditioned, so a large fan was needed in our bedroom, but it was still too hot for sleeping. After seeing the state of the home, we opted for a continental breakfast (instead of a full breakfast).  Ethel portioned out the fruit cup, the toast (we only were allowed one rye, and one whole wheat), and one muffin.  We weren't offered seconds of anything, except coffee.  I would have preferred tea, but this wasn't offered.  Compared to all other B&B's we've booked in this area, Eden Place was a disappointment, and we would not stay here again, or recommend it to other potential guests.

person, Entry door opens in Dirty and filthy kitchen , you cannot breath, Full of germs and Medicine Smell, Room is so small even small for a rabbit, you cannot stand in the washroom,

Govt must arrest owner Ethyl for Fraud and offering dirty full of germ place to the people,

DIRTIEST, FILTHIEST, TERRIBLE PLACE, FULL OF GERMS

as soon as we walked through the front door we knew we would not stay here, the kitchen was in bad need of repairs and very outdated not to mention the smell that was inside the house The so called rooms were very small and run down not to mention filthy Would not recomend this bed and breakfast to anyone.

THE PLACE IS FILTHY,overpriced and not worth the money Double Room is in an attic. The door to the room does not have a lock, and not even a doorknob or latch. You need to put a stump of wood (provided) behind the door, or it will slide open on its own.Breakfast ha ha less  than continental - there was no cereal, no muffins, no croissants, no bagels, no pancakes, no apples, no bananas, no cheese, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no home fries, no yogurt.The hostess is vegan. Breakfast consisted of: a small glass bowl of cut up (?) fresh fruit, some parts of which had been frozen (and still were); stale tasting cold toast with jam; orange drink (not juice); flavourless weak coffee; a tiny serving fit for a child of a barely edible vegan concoction with a small amount of canned beans, perhaps three fried slices of mushroom.  I cannot recommend anyone staying here.
