I was just looking around this site and my first search was La Cassetta in Eastman Quebec. A place I have stayed at in January 2011 to see if there where any reviews. I am not surprise to see that there is. What a fantastic weekend we had! Great value for the buck.. Amazing accommodations and the host and hostest really make you feel welcomed. Set in a spectacular countryside (minutes from Mount Orford) you get a taste of an Italian resort with a typical french Canadian "savoir faire". Highly recommended.
