Honestly, Perfect for a lovely getaway, close to the beach and many amenities.

Great for families also, considering they have 1-3 bedroom cottages available .. can’t go wrong, 
will be going back soon.

Best part, very clean !!…And Wow!….the price isn’t fantastic 👌

This is a cleanest cottage that I ever been! And a first time I saw a cottage where owners are not saving every buck even for the small and cheap items. In these cottages they even went beyond and replaced windows, roofs, bathrooms etc. It's not a luxury, but for this price range is the best that you can get. 
Plus location couldn't be better, walking distance to the beach number 3, 4, which is beautiful but not as much crowded and noisy as beach 1 or 2, set in the quite neighborhood, however close to the plaza and grocery store.
Host Elena was very nice and friendly and always there to address any requests from spoiled vacationers. There is a fire pit where we met nice people from England.

This was a cute little 2 bedroom cottage with all the amenities and little touches added to make us feel right at home....I wish we had booked for longer but there will be a next time for sure. The owner was a very nice lady who takes pride in her property. It's a short walk to the lake but you won't mind staying here and relaxing.

My family and I coming to this place for 9 years, it is family friendly, close to the beach and stores. The cottages are very clean, it has everything you need.
Now not only our family but also our friends come here for vacation.
The hostess of the hotel is a great person,nice,hard working ,she is really the soul of this place. I recommend to everybody this place, great for family with children!!!

We had a great time at Birch Haven on the Beach.
The owners are so nice and helpful. Even before we got their they addressed all our questions and concerns.
Great location. Had an awesome long weekend - no complaints whatsoever! Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone else

we returned to Birch haven  because we like the lady who owns this establishment
the cottages are cleaned after every family leaves even if it is just an over night  stay, she still goes into each cottage and makes sure everything is clean.  she is very interested in making her visitors needs met .  it is a great place for families with children to spend . there is a playground to help keep everyone happy.  I would recommend this place to anyone.
