We loved it! The staff there were amazing and very friendly .. From the minute I got there to the minute I left the staff were around and available for anything we needed! They're small cute little cottages and honestly bring your own blankets and bed sheets if you feel that the place isn't clean ... To me the place was pretty clean but many different people come and go so we brought our own bedsheets and that was about it .. On a very hot summer day you don't even need hot water other than that everything else was good! My boyfriend, his friend and I enjoyed the two bedroom cottage it was perfect for the 3 of us to bbq and sit outside and sleep for one night! We will definitely be going back :)

Had a good stay! 

2 stars because of the location and the patio. Would have rated it even less if it was for the cottage itself. It's pretty small and shoddy for the price they charge. The bathroom is so tiny that you can't turn around in the shower. There are no locks on the doors - even the bathroom door doesn't close. The mattress is of the cheapest quality and the couch is so damp and dirty that it stinks. Water flows out of the bathroom to the bed (which is right outside the bathroom door) if you take a shower. Definitely not the cottage experience you would want if you are looking to relax for a few days. To add to all this, the owner wrote a false review on Airbnb blaming my friend for all things we didn't do. He was taking out this anger because we used one of the small towels as a foot mat to block the water from leaking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Clearly, there were no foot mats in the bathroom also and there was nothing we could do to stop the leakage.

Shoddy, stinking furniture and leaking bathroom.

The only thing good about this cottage is the location to the beach. the photos of the cottage are not accurate, the bathroom is so tiny. there wasnt even a coffee table. The shower water was leaking out so we put the used towel down near the door of the bathroom (because proper floor mats were not provided). The owner got outraged during our checkout, Owner is rude and falsely accuses ppl on airbnb reviews. The 2-bed room doors didn't close n got jammed half way and stayed half way open, didn't have a lock on the all the door. Bathroom door did not even have a lock or latch on it and didn't even close so to my point on why water was leaking into the bedroom. The sofa in the common area was not cleaned in months it had decaying food between the cushions. We paid over 300$ per night + dog fees + tax excluding the service fee which wasn't worth because even a 2* Inn would have better cleanliness n quality.

Bad quality, rude owner and falsely accuses guests

We were disappointed! The places looks cute from outside on web site but not so on inside. We used our beach towels on the dirty sofa so we could sit on it. No dishes provided as advertized. We just given a plastic bag full of foam dishes and plastic forks out of the trailer office and told costumers broke all the dishes. We also waited to check in outside of trailer for 25 min, no one was there. We had to call and say we were waiting and it seemed like all the other costumers were doing the same thing. This place is nasty you wold be better off camping!

Not worth the money!

When we first arrived we were greeted by the most unprofessional  women I have ever met. She was confused about the reservation we had just made with her the night before. She kept leaving the property when guests were trying to check in and many guest were confused about how to check in. The cottage itself is small, filthy and had a broken shower. We only had about 1-2 minutes of hot water. We have no problem with roughing it but for $200 a night we were expecting to be able to have a shower and be able to use the kitchen. We were told there was kitchen supplies for us to use but when we arrived they handed us Styrofoam plates instead. There was no other cooking utensils to use. the only item we had was a pan under the sink that was covered in dried egg. As soon as it was check out time we were told we had to vacant the property immediately. Our ride was experiencing car problems and was running late. We asked if it would be alright to remove our belongings and sit in the parking lot to wait for our ride. We told us we had leave because they wanted to lock the gate. We had to sit on the side of the highway with a 5 year old with all of stuff because of this. I have never experienced anything more unprofessional then this place. We called the owner to let him know about our experience and he swore and hung up the phone. All I can say is customers beware before booking!
