Great value for the money. Nicely renovated and clean. Should not be a one star motel as it’s worth more. Beds comfortable, nice shower. Simply decorated and clean. 
Room was ready on time. Highly recommend. 

Extremely clean & tidy place on the by-pass beside McDonalds. Referred by our usual motel which was full, we now have a second excellent & affordable place to stay in Dryden. Owners are polite and quietly efficient 

We are traveling across Canada and spent a night here. It was clean, newly renovated and pet friendly. Good value for your dollar. Check in was quick and easy. The best bathroom we’ve seen in motels so far. So nice to find a motel so well taken care of.

What a little gem! We were travelling from Alberta to Ottawa and stopping along the way with out reservations. Once we reached Dryden decided to call it a night. The big name chained hotels were fully booked. Based on another review "don't judge a book by its cover." We also were very surprised. The room was newly renovated, laminate floors, microwave, fridge, and very spotless. Rooms were large and very quiet. Would defently stay again and likely will on our way home.

Upon entry I noticed my room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the space was nice! Loved having a small (well stocked) kitchen, a nice option for a long road trip. 
Lovely folks at the front desk. I’ve stayed in Dryden a few times before, but this was my first experience at Town and Country. If you’re going through, consider staying here!

We had a room booked close to Ignace, as we wanted to drive as far as we could before stopping for the night. The owner had called me and canceled last minute. We didn't think we were going to get another room anywhere at that time of night! When we got into Dryden and saw the vacancy sign at Town and Country we were relieved after driving a 14 hour day! Even though it was late the owners were polite and quick. We had a room within 5 mins and it was very clean and nicely upgraded for the age of the motel! Would definitely stay here again :)

We stayed at the Town&Country as a late Choise. We were traveling from Yorkton, Sask.trying to get to the other side of Winnipeg before stopping. I made the mistake of not booking a room ahead. There was nothing available in Vermillion Bay or Kenora . We were getting worried when we found no vacancy in Dryden as we drove thru. By 7 pm were had almost decided to sleep in the car, when we saw the Town & Country and it had Vacancy we got the last room!! It’s not a 5 star but it’s clean the bed was comfortable, it had TV and wifi , what  more could we want ?

On a reason trip to Dryden Ontario I stayed at the Town & Country Motel located on the Trans Canada Highway # 17 in Ontario,.
Though this property is quite old it has been very well maintained and was very quite even if it is located on the main Highway, and the price was right and very reasonable, we paid only $112.00 for a nice sized room with double twin beds, even when it was the weekend of the Dryden Fair 
The great thing that I thought made this motel stand out, there was no carpeting any were in the unit, which made me think what a great Idea, not to have to worry how clean were the floors, a case were Laminate Flooring was a great idea

Dryden motels fill up fast. We could see that some of our initial choices were already full when we arrived, and one hotel suggested this one. Upon entering the motel lobby, I was not impressed. It was very crowded, messy and unkempt with a bit of an odour. I was tempted to turn around and leave, but I figured the other motel options might not be any better, if even available.

We got checked in to a second, quieter building on the second floor. The room was surprisingly in better condition than the motel lobby. Fairly large but with a noisy a/c unit. Fortunately we didn't really need a/c so it wasn't a real annoyance. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and we got a decent night sleep.

No complimentary breakfast, but there are fast food options nearby.

I gave it an average rating, and really it would be average at best for this type of older, non-chain motel. If I was comparing it to one of the better known chains where things are more standardized (usually!) it would get a below average rating.

One of the few choices left in town

Room was cheap, front desk staff were quite curt. Room was small, bed even smaller. Some decent updates had been made but all on a shoestring budget. Was better than paying 4 star prices for 2 star hotels anywhere else in Dryden. Paid for a 2 star, got a 1. If I was desperate or broke I would stay here again.
