I booked my grandparents here and the front desk was amazing to deal with, quick and easy!! They said everything was amazing, from the breakfast to the rooms everything was top notch. You cannot go wrong staying at this hotel, best hotel in Drayton!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful to meet our needs. This was a relatively  new hotel and was well maintained. We were surprised after we checked in that they were providing free chili and hot dogs for the evening. The breakfast had a wide selection which we enjoyed. The only issue we had was the internet connection which we were told they are working on. We want to thank Trina and the rest of the staff for their wonderful service.

Arrived late, went to the other Service Plus (Inn & Suites) next door but was politely told that my reservation was next door.

Staff at the Encore was great, friendly and informative.

The rooms are outstanding and talk about clean. I'm amazed. By far one of the best 'chain' hotels I've stayed in for quite a while.

Well worth checking out if you need to stay in Drayton Valley.

My husband and I cannot say enough on how extremely well we were treated during our stay.
The staff, managment were very kind and accomidating. Breakfast every morning and on Wednesday they would provide a yummy dinner! Their rooms are very nice, and really clean. Their suites provide you with every utensil that you would need if you want to cook something. You access to use the pool, waterslide and hot tub at the other hotel close by. Above all they were wonderful to my two small dogs. We were in such a tough position having no house, as it was to be written off. They made us feel very much at home! I highly recommend them!

Found it very clean, staff very friendly and kind. Liked the decor and the added touch of waters and chocolate cookies as a welcome. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a large impressive selection. It was very busy in the breakfast room due to a large group taking up space but was impressed how they kept the food stocked just the same. 
We chose that place as the price was reasonable for a hotel with a pool as they did advertise a pool but didn't mention it was at their sister hotel next door. So we had to walk there to use it, get a key from their front desk to access it- that was odd to me. I can imagine a winter stay where I wouldn't be impressed with it being next door. 
Would stay there again for a the room and food though may second think if wanting pool again. 

Nice enough room/hotel/staff. Disappointed with the 3% DESTINATION MARKETING gouge. Wouldn't destination marketing be included in the 4% TOURISM LEVY? (marketing for tourism?)  It is not fair for somebody working out of town to have to pay this daily charge when they staying at the hotel to work. 
Never was this fee mentioned when inquiring about or booking the room. 
Please advise how you implement these extra funds collected from your patrons. 

Also curious why the 4% tourism levy is GST exempt but not the destination marketing?
