Don't rely on the outside. Everything is renovated inside. Spacious room and impeccable cleanliness. First-class air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Refrigerator, WIFI, TV, the most important thing. Large parking lot. Near everything, restaurants, shop, gas station, etc. The only negative I see: very small bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! perfect.

Very Bad, I rent the room 2 weeks ago, gave my credit card to reserve, all ok

She calls me arnd 1500pm, I told her we will be there after supper arnd 1900pm, she calls me back 1.5hr after saying my card no good, which i know it is, gave her another card number she calls me back 10 min, telling em the same thing? I say wait a minute i check both my acct, she never tried to pass in on...I said u never pass it on, she card no good no good, i sadi what number did u take down, she would not give me the number she writes, ****they are ASAIN people bareling speaking english or french, SO she gave our room away...instead of me asking her the number she as....Dont go there!

We had rent a room, lady gave it away after i spoke to her 4 time during the day

Recently renovated but very poorly soundproofed, difficulty sleeping at night and noises coming from the reception.

It's clean and comfortable but...

This motel was very nice and modern inside.  We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful and big.  The pricing was reasonable and the motel is on the strip.  I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking at staying in Chateauguay.

VERY NICE MOTEL AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Although the motel has been recently renovated, there is still an unpleasant smell hidden by a strong smell of perfume (actually very strong). The motel is owned by Asian people who don't speak French at all and express themselves in questionable English. The motel is very expensive for the amenities offered. They know that it is the only accommodation in the area and therefore the prices are inflated.

Poor price/quality ratio

Whatever problems Rustik used to have went up in flames, literally, when the place burned in 2017. It's not at all fair to compare the current version to anything that may have been before. I spent a week in a clean, comfortable and quiet room that I'd compare favourably to any 3* chain hotel. It's not fancy and doesn't try to be. For what it is, it delivers.

A brand new motel

Was here for the WPT in November. Only motel/hotel closest to PG. a 20 min walk or 5 min cab ride.Motel is well run and quiet for the area...you get what you pay for. Would deff stay again!!! Just make sure you clarify your stay via email before you go. Other than that no cons!

Great Location to Playground Poker!!!

Honestly.... I didn't want to go to the base but since it's the only one in town not the choice.... it's old and there's a bad smell in every hotel. Most of the rooms in the rdc are smoking and it smells strong. The room is small, small window, it's hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. There's no coffee machine, no dryer... nothing to clean up.

First and last time

I spent the night there cleaning up, the room was clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable, and the carpets in the driveway needed to be refreshed or cleaned, and the person at the reception, I think it was the owner who didn't speak French.

Very common.

For what I needed it was perfect. I just needed a place to sleep and clean up. There was a small odour in the hallways but at $49/night it was well worth it. Free parking and super close to my poker tournament at Playground Poker Club(3minutes).
