Love staying there, kids love it ,very friendly ,away from the busy nearby tourist traps . Stayed at the motel last 4years and will make a second trip in August. The unit we stayed in had plenty of room and a queen bed upstairs,loved it

We had booked while on the road- I think we were the only Guests as it was just after high season. Owner was away and I presume her parents were looking after the property in her absence? English limited but so very sweet and welcoming. Had a little cabin by the water and it suited us perfectly. Nice and quiet, reasonable for price paid. Would stay again!

Our reservation was lost at another motel so we were on the hunt for a place to stay.  We definitely made the right choice in this location!  No regrets!  We were so impressed with the service we received from the owner of the property we opted to stay our second night here as well despite it's distance from our event location.  We cannot express enough how grateful we are to the owner for his welcome and apology for the treatment we received at our initial motel stop.  The continental breakfast at $4.75 was just right to get our day started.  He also offered us to use his kayaks to enjoy the water beside the motel.  The property was clean and quiet with onsite laundry facilities and WiFi.  The service was outstanding.  We'll be back again!  There's a full grocery store in the community and it's very close to many attractions and beaches.

This place was a real find after a long day of travel.  It's a nice, retro-style motel with clean and comfortable rooms and, as its name implies, right on the water.  The owners were very friendly and provided us with a great restaurant recommendation for supper.  The $4.75 breakfast is a steal.  We ate outside on the deck taking in the view.

This is a welcoming motel in a very nice setting.  The owners (a family) are very friendly and sweet.  They did all they could to accommodate any requests.  We felt safe and peaceful here.  The rooms are very compact.  Rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. It is an older model motel, but there is no mold smell or mold growth seen anywhere.  We would happily stay there again.  

We recently traveled to this area for a Wedding. Wonderful spot Fairly basic motel. Well maintained, rooms are very clean. Owners are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was 4.50 but well worth it. Only con was the units could use air-conditioning.

Nice spot!

The staff were beyond EXCELLENT...very friendly, very accommodating.
We stayed in one of the two bedroom cottage units...well laid out, very comfortable, cute and cozy.  
The location of the Waterfront Hotel was great for all our needs/ centrally located between Shediac and Cap Pele. 
GORGEOUS property: I really enjoyed being able to sit out on the decks and take in the gorgeous water views.

Cons:  While the room had plenty of towels, cooking utensils/dishes and bedding; there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the cottage and a partial roll of paper towel.  I am sure the staff would have restocked the items for us but by the time we noticed this, it was late in the evening and there was no one in the office.

           The room could have used a more thorough cleaning before we arrived.  There was a great deal of dust throughout and we swept up enough sand to fill two dustpans.  

Would we stay again....Definitely: but I hope the room gets cleaned and stocked better before our next visit.

Peaceful/GREAT view

We were very pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable spotlessly clean motel. The price was great and it was very nicely situated near an estuary.  There were picnic tables, BBQs and logs to sit on by the water.  We had one of the smaller rooms with a double bed and paid 85$ all in.
The bed was firm and comfortable with a table and 2 chairs dresser and writing table.
A great budget option near water!

I did not like this place much it was not clean fridge was gross I found a weird smell in the cupboards.. No firepit and the bedroom just felt way to small.. I would not be back The old signs and junk still there on property water temp was not working... the bbq, was gross and it really was not a fair price for the property

Was not a fan

We went at the end of July it was hot very hot no air conditioning  we had rented the cottage  and  the bathroom  when Taking a shower it would run all over the floor tiles moving and grout sticking on your feet and when trying to wipe yellow dirty water it was disgusting and the bedroom downstairs trailer parc in your window ok it's not a 5 star hotel but one thing I could say it is not worth it it's sleezy they accommodate you with a dangerous bbq they never tried to fix the water trouble just gives us grayish towel to sponged it never again and did not even give us a refund or rebate just if you come back a free night it's a real jokes they are very nice to you bit FOR A REASON.
