Inaugural fly fishing trip with old friends. Perfect location with a short walk to the river to learn the basics. Beautiful piece of property with great indoor and outdoor places to hang out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and waiting for us when we were ready to eat. The B and B is conveniently located for dinner excursions into either Cranbrook or Kimberley. Cooking up appetizers or dinner in the common kitchen area is also a great option, well stocked and clean. The rails to trails trail was just off property and was a great way to get in our daily walk. But, getting to know our hosts, Dale, Doug and Duffy, was the highlight for me. They are welcoming, kind and generous with their time and talents and wonderful conversationalists. But also very respectful of your privacy if that’s what you prefer. The other guests were also friendly and interesting. All in all an amazing 4 days and I’m looking forward to going back next summer.
