Was an amazing time! Did not want to go home. Definitely will be back again to try the spa!

Our stay at Naturally Pacific Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning natural beauty surrounding the property — beautiful mountain views, fresh ocean air, and a peaceful ambiance that immediately set the tone for relaxation.The resort strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The rooms were immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a cozy, West Coast charm. And the two dog washing stations made it super dog friendly!Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Whether it was dining recommendations, activity suggestions, or simply a friendly chat, their hospitality went above and beyond.Dining at the resort’s restaurant was another standout experience. The dishes were creative, fresh, and delicious — clearly crafted with attention to local ingredients and flavors. The culinary team truly showcased the best of Vancouver Island’s bounty.The location also makes NPR a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, from outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking to charming local shops and cafes. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or an active getaway, this resort offers the best of both worlds.We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already dreaming about our next visit. NPR is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

This property served our purpose well, we stayed two nights and a driving tour north of Campbell River. We liked the property, staff etc. but found it a little surprising how many dogs were staying at the Resort over Easter weekend.  Some dog owners of course, need a little discipline but hardly the Resort's issue. No heated floor in the bathroom, which seems off the mark.  Also, it would be difficult for highway Coaches to drop or pick up here.  The parking lot is not designed for large groups arriving and departing that way.

Well maintained facilities and friendly staff.

The 3rd floor of the hotel is for dogs and their owners.  Dog bed, towels, dog treats and a toy with their own special food and water bowls and as a real bonus, two dog wash stations at either end of the floor.  Certainly cater to your fur babies!

The staff is super friendly and so helpful!! The pool is really pretty. Love the hottub, sauna, and steam room. Super quiet especially during the night. Didn't hear a thing. Really loved that part. Mind you we did Sunday to Tuesday. Dining was incredible. Carve, and velocity exceeded our expectations. Grounds are manicured to perfection. Would be great for a wedding. The rooms were clean, and trendy. Bed is super comfy. Really enjoyed the fire places outdoors. Great for sitting under the stars, and eating creme brulle. Didn't really have time to try the spa, but heard it was amazing. Thankyou for our stay. We would definitely come back. Btw already said this, but the staff was so kind from serving our food to just being helpful. Love the tortious outside with the fountains. Very picturesque! Thankyou for our stay ❤️

The property is new. On a golf course. Ocean views. Lovely rooms and staff. 2 restaurants. Fire pits, hot tub and patio areas.

It was absolutely beautiful and the staff were fantastic!!  Would definitely recommend it to all.  I would go back for sure.

Just a wonderful place. Plus, one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever used.

A Hidden Gem on Vancouver Island

Everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. The room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly. Our 2 experiences for dinner and breakfast were a highlight. The food presentation and flavor was definitely elevated. The service was top notch. We will definitely recomemd this property.

Very clean and spacious. Pool is separate from the main building so you have to walk outside in your bathrobe in cold weather. Hot tub is actually outside the pool house on the deck, but looks like it's indoors on the website photos. Steam room was not yet in service.The website photo is showing the mineral bath in the spa, which you have to pay extra for. Photo is not of the hot tub.Ocean view rooms overlook the parking lot and noisy main road.Resort is located away from town and the oceanfront, so beach and shops are not within walking distance.Housekeeping came to turn down my bed when I went for dinner, but they didnt close the door behind them properly,  so it was open when I came back.Bathroom sink plug wasnt installed properly, so I couldnt drain the used water after washing my swimsuit.Low vibrational humming sound comes from the roof.Balconies are small and not private.Property is very clean and pleasant smelling.Beds are very comfortable. Furniture is clean and of good quality.

We just had our first stay at this property - overall we were quite pleased with the stay. The resort is very new and super clean. When we booked this resort on Expedia, we specifically asked for a non-pet room. When we checked in the agent asked us if we were registering a pet and we said absolutely not. When we came up to the room, we immediately saw there was a giant dog bed with two dog food bowls at the end of our bed. We had to phone and ask for them to be removed. This morning we tried to sleep in and woke up to barking dogs and are thinking perhaps we were put on a dog floor? We then try to go back to sleep and heard lots of knocking and somebody announcing that they were housekeeping. There was then a lot of door slamming. The pool is lovely. There is also a sauna and a steam room, but the steam room was out of service, which was a disappointment. We ate breakfast at the Carve restaurant this morning and it was really good… Great mimosas and breakfast options. We booked stalls at the velocity pub/driving range yesterday and today and absolutely love that place. Have an Arnold Palmer for us! When we let the front desk know about the dog bed situation at check-in, they kindly brought us some complimentary wine, which is very much appreciated. The showers are very lovely and all the toiletries are very nice in the rooms. The views from the balconies are very lovely and we know that this place will be very nice in the summer and we have rebooked to come in middle of Aug.

Another great stay at Naturally Pacific! If you want to relax, this is the perfect spot. The included indoor pool and sauna, and outdoor hot tub are worth the trip alone. The room service is amazing and the poolside bar service was an unexpected treat on a Saturday night. We loved our friendly server. Will return again and again!

What a wonderful stay with such an accommodating staff! All around we had an excellent stay and we would recommend this place wholeheartedly. From the staff at the front desk to the staff at Crave Restaurant, everyone was friendly and efficient. The entire resort smelled heavenly everywhere and was super clean. We really loved the scent of the toiletry materials provided as well. The pool was amazing- temperature was perfect and the facilities were so clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to coming back soon and experiencing the spa next time.

I took my mom here for her birthday and it made her really happy. We had a great time; she loved the mineral bath especially and my masseuse Amber gave me an amazing massage. I feel 00 after that. And we had a pet friendly room so we were able to bring our furry baby with us who also clearly had a wonderful time and lots of treats from the staff! Very nice place and staff. We will be back.
