Staff was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

the room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. the mattresses are firm enough and high quality. 10/10! Would stay again and recommend to others! thanks! from Edmonton with love :)

It is an older, "tired" motel. The staff were lovely.

Beds were great and half the price of other hotel near by.

The Staff at this Property were Friendly and Kind. The restaurant had excellent food and Service. Tons of parking and Clean rooms. Appreciated.

Was a good motel for our snowmobile weekend trip!

Very welcoming staff at the front desk that was very helpful. The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The room was very nice. Parking was easy and convenient. Not many dining options in the area but one of the few were located in the facility which was great. I was not impressed that the carpet was not  completely cleaned as they did not vaccum around edges leaving bites and pieces of  accumulation. Couple cosmetic damages that were not fixed but in no way effected our stay. Would stay again during our travels.

Great overnight accommodationClean room We had a kitchenette which was stocked with the necessities Staff were lovely Lots of pillows and linens white and clean Motel is dated (still used keys) But furnishings were nice. Restaurant was good. The truck didn’t arrive so they were missing a couple things on the menu but so much more selection

Perfectly suitable place to stay for a night. Drove from Banff to Whistler so just needed somewhere to sleep. Room was basic but great size and warm, thermostat worked beautifully. Large, comfy bed and great shower. Had a microwave, coffee/tea etc hairdryer and ironing board. 
Reception did smell heavily like cigarette smoke but the room did not at all. We got a pizza and fries from the attached restaurant that were great.

Perfectly fine place to stay as a stopover for the night.

We booked this hotel as a stop over from the coast to Edmonton.  On our way, the hotel called to let us know that there was no food options open late.  We appreciated the heads up and stopped in Kamloops for a late dinner.  The front desk also stayed open for us, as we did not arrive until after 11pm.  The beds were very comfortable.  And the room and beds were clean.  We were only there to sleep and were back on the road by 8am the next day.  Would stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful in retrieving our mobile phone left behind.

There was cigarette smoke smell in the lobby area when we checked in and along the corridor in the evening which seeped into our room. The room was clean and comfortable. I will assume that the cigarette smoke was an anomaly and not a nightly occurrence. 

Room Review

Karen was very helpful in accommodating us with a ground floor so we didn’t have to carry heavy luggage and struggle with bad knees up stairs .

The TV in the room was damaged which made the picture bad. The mini fridge froze everything I put in it, even on the lowest setting. Other than that, good place to stay
