479 reviewsMy favourite Part was the pool, it was great for kids and the hot tub was a great way too warm up after the pool. The staff were all super nice and the carpet was not as dirty as we read about it to be. The distance to the chalet was a long walk carrying all your ski’s, you should definitely put your ski’s with the ski valet and rent a locker to put you’re ski boots in well you are skiing. We suggest keeping your stuff there all day and picking it up at night. The underground parking is very convenient. There were no food stores, so bring a cooler! Great kitchen amenities and comfortable beds. We liked the text messenger concierge so we could message the concierge when ever we needed some thing. Mysterious noise in the night that kept us up from 5 till 7, the concierge tried to help but thought we were crazy. Other then the noise, our vacation here was great!
