To be honest I'm surprised there are not a lot more positive reviews on this place. Landscape is a newly renovated property with large rooms, rain showers & a great pool. The a/c was great & staff was friendly. 
It's a very short walk to the centre of town & motorbikes can be hired right next door (avoid riding by the golden lion circle unless you have an international license or want to pay the police $5.00)
All in all, this is a great spot and excellent value. Highly recommended. 



Landscape is nice hotel with great staff and service The room was gorgeous. Super clean and definitely value for money Staff are friendly. Relax place and there wifi running smoothly i highly recommend this 

We stayed here for 3 nights, and we took a bit of gamble as there were not that many reviews considering the establishment has been open for only a year. Many new builds seem to be going up with the area being ever more popular amongst tourists travelling from Siem Reap and PP. About 30 mins from the airport and a 5 minute walk to Serendipity beach, with many other amenities at walkable distance.
The hotel itself only serves breakfast and no dinner, which explains why maybe it's listed as speciality lodging instead of a hotel. With the breakfast there is about 10 dishes to choose from the menu, make a selection whilst it's cooked to order in the kitchen behind reception.
The best part of hotel is the pool. Immaculately clean, super modern, beautifully lit at night and sun loungers with tables surrounding. Rooms are set on 3 storeys but without any lifts but most seem to have balconies. The rooms are all equipped with a/c, walk in rain shower, with an overall sleek modern design suited for everyone. Also 2 free bottles of water are supplied daily.
Other hotels and greenery surround the Landscape Boutique, with workmen always around taking care of light maintenance. We loved this hotel as it catered exactly for our needs, and quite possibly this modern design is a sign of things to come in Sihanoukville...

The hotel is awesome. Large and clean rooms. Nice big pool and wonderful outdoor area. This hotel is new and for this price one of the best hotels in Sihanoukville. The only minus is the breakfast. You get a small plate and you can only choose one main course for breakfast (all western) and one drink. 

The hotel is not yet fully finished but building work has stopped until later in the year. No facilities (restaurant etc) are available at present but the rooms are large and clean, the bathroom is larger than some rooms in similar hotels. The hotel only has 14 rooms at present. 
The pool is a nice size and the hotel is a little sanctuary to escape from the hustle and bustle of Sihanoukville .
